Awful service. Great at taking your money and no service afterwards. This is one of the most important decisions youll ever make and you get no guidance apart from a price list!!!

Used this clinic in 2018 - and ended up putting in a formal complaint due to a combination of things: terrible administration/organisation (extremely worrying given the nature of their work), insensitive and unempathetic treatment of us and our surrogate, poor follow-up and awful communication. Amongst other things - my abiding memory is of being locked (quite literally) in the room where payments were processed. Am uploading a review now, as despite having told them I wanted to discard anything stored with them in 2020, they are now chasing me about it in 2023 (by email, voicemail, text and letter so far). Demonstrates to me that their focus on the financial transactions still outweighs by far their administrative competence or their sensitivity as to how these communications might land with people. The worst place in the world of people are very rude

Avoid this clinic at all costs. It is so bad that it has put me off from having more children. 1. My onboarding with them was awful - noone knew the process, what documentation was required, how the timelines might look like etc. Shambles 2. I had to chase every consent form, every confirmation, every bit of correspondence multiple times 3. The doctor was totally unprepared for my initial consultation - she didn't even know why we were having the consultation since she thought we are still at a different clinic! 4. When my embryos arrived at this clinic, the embryologist called to say they were not expecting them and not sure what to do with them! They were cc'ed into every email between my original clinic and the transportation company 5. My genetic testing was delayed by 3 weeks because there was some paperwork missing that they never told me to complete 6. This is not a breastfeeding friendly clinic - they will not prescribe any medication if you are breastfeeding and will not listen to your arguments in favour if it 7. They kept missing one of my embryos and repeatedly told me I had one less than what I actually had. I started to think they lost one of my frosties 8. They never ever ever call back when they said they would 9. We had a compliant about one of their doctors and noone actually even asked us for the details of our grievance and noone ever called us back to discuss it. I had to continue being scanned by this Dr 10. They do not have nurses present at the scans - it is just you and the Dr, not all of them are discreet and the way their scanning machines are positioned means, I am sorry, you have to get onto the chair to be scanned by walking, half naked, past the Dr. Zero privacy. Same on the way back from the scanning chair! 11. One doctor is incredibly insensitive. In fact, I'll go as far as saying that he dislikes women and he certainly disliked me and didn't attempt to hide it. Not cool when he is there every few days poking me, without anyone else in the room 12. My favourite: I had 2 transfers at this clinic, both completely natural, but scheduled at different days in my cycle. When I questioned it, it took them 5 days to come back to me by which point, had they miscalculated my days, I would have missed my optimal transfer window. It look over 10 calls, multiple emails and a voicemail for them to come back to me and say that the optimal transfer window is actually a few days, so a day here or there makes no difference. By that time I was losing my mind thinking I missed my window 13. When I escalated this to the manager - it took her a week and an ultimatum from me to cancel my treatment to call me back. She had zero empathy and made zero attempts to retain me as a patient. All in all, please, avoid this clinic. Nurses and embryologists are lovely, and I really liked Dr Pandian. Avoid this place. The receptionist is very rude. The doctors and receptionist don't know the process. The doctor committed to a certain process and booked me for a plan. However, there are no appointments available. The receptionist did not even try to help. They don't care about your situation.

Dr Hauzmen is kind and very knowledgeable had my first child there at Boston place with his help. The hospital stuff treats you with care and no issues but admin stuff I do agree can be disorganised and not following up. The treatment itself was a good experience but it needs improvement as people to have enough time and staff to know your background so no need to explain each time your story . Needs more staff so doctors can at least trying to see the same patient after the internet consultation and followed for scans etc instead of different person each time can be intimating. I believe would help to create more patients and improve on their reviews with more consistency. Anyway after all i had my little one from there who is now 4 years old :)... (Show more)

Gone downhill! Gone are the days when Dr Vlismus was around and the place flourished. Dr Vlismus is a brilliant Dr. But like all the other decent staff he has jumped ship. Most of the previous staff work at Concept and Aria fertility. Our recent experience was not good. Dr Hauzman puts you through unnecessary tests and prescribes medication which isn't really required. Not sure if they get commission from the medicines they prescribe through the 3rd party company.... (Show more)

I highly recommend Boston Place. Whilst I appreciate everyone's journey and challenges are different, we had an exceptional experience through Boston Place. We had a successful round of IVF and a few years later we were lucky to again fall pregnant, via a thaw cycle. The clinic is in a good location, has a lovely feel, private and discreet but very professional. Staff were lovely, supportive, and very experienced/knowledgable. I think the key thing for us was how personalised the service and engagement was, and I really appreciated that we saw the Dr each time for our scans, consults etc. and we could reach staff etc when needed. I wish I could give this 1 star. I had a very bad experience at my first consultation with this clinic. Dr Pandian advised me that the medication I am on is 'contraindicated' in pregnancy which was incorrect. When questioned she then said she 'didn't know'. They only give Clomid here, not Letrozole which is probably to save on costs, but Clomid isn't suitable for my specific case for reasons I explained. I'm switching to another clinic straightaway - never want to see that doctor again.... (Show more)

The worst and most unprofessional follow up appointment that I have ever had in my life. The doctor didnt explain anything at all about the results nor the meaning of them in a technical way, we had to google every single thing after the visit, it felt like the recepcionist was telling us the outcome and not a professional qualified person. She didnt have any emotional empathy. Dont waste your or your insurance company's money in such terrible clinic.... (Show more)

I was a patient of TFP Boston Place in 2021 and saw Mr. Trew. I would not recommend this practice as I feel it has many system failures. 1. This practice only does egg retrievals on Mon/Wed/Fri. I don't think I would have ever proceeded with treatment here had I know this. I should have done more research! I ovulated before my collection -- I had ~20 follicles and ended up with zero embryos. I feel this was entirely avoidable if I were closely monitored. 2. The administration is very disorganized. On several occasions I had to remind their staff of lab work that needed to be done. Additionally, on more than one occasion various forms were lost. Lastly, in my medical record, they mistakenly entered I was a fresh transfer. I had to correct the physician when they were preparing for my egg collection! 3. I never saw Mr. Trew after my consultation. He didn't perform a single scan or do my collection. 4. I feel like the surgeon who completed my egg collection (Dr. Pandian) was very unprofessional. When I told her I was disappointed in the egg collection results, she immediately became defensive and started telling me all the reasons it was not the practice's fault. This was very inappropriate, especially given I had only woken up from anesthesia minutes before and was processing the disappointing outcomes. I have never written a review such as this, but I feel like it is important to share this information. Not quite as personal as advertised. It does have a conveyor belt feels as I’ve heard with so many clinics. My initial consultation was so good and informative but I wasn’t expecting to never hear from my consultant once the process got started. Different staff members see you for each appointment ( scans/ procedures) and no one actually knows your story. After the cycle completed, I got to speak to my consultant , who needed reminding of my history. They didn’t have my information to hand and had to call the embryologist during the consultation to find out . I kept being reminded how busy they are and there are waiting lists and costs to further appointments. I’m now seeking a second opinion as I am seeking a more personal experience and this clinic is quite obviously too busy. Very good clinic Very nice team But DR ERIC HAUZMAN Had made my dream come true Im pregnant now 3months thanks to DR ERIC HAUZMAN i had previously has 3 I.V.F in UK and outside Uk but unsuccessful. Till i met Dr Eric Hauzman At BOSTON PLACE CLINIC I really recomend
