Emma has worked magic on my shoulder over the last few weeks. The physio sessions have stopped the pain that I was having. She has given me loads of advice on things to try at work and home to increase mobility. I thoroughly enjoy our sessions and would recommend Emma to anyone who needs physio.

I cannot testify about the 2 other physio therapists working at Bodyworks but I'd like to tell you about Mandy. First of all I don't often leave reviews, positive or negative. Mandy is what I would call one of those rare people that really want to go all out to help people. Imagine trying to correctly diagnose & fix a 51 year old with strange pains in left leg not really ever knowing the patient's true medical and lifestyle history. So she goes for the basics first (posture and such) but after that, she goes all out to fix that person based on what I could sense- a well developed healing instinct coupled with years of experience. She didn't just take my word for it that I "bought the best gaming-type chairs on the market", she took the trouble to check the company's website to draw her own conclusions on the ergonomic merit of said chair, and read reviews about it- in the evening on her own time. Then she knew that she was on the right track with how to treat me, and I sensed that she was right and could fully trust her plan. Mandy is one of those rare people who still truly care...... Due to a back injury, I booked in a course of sessions with Mandy at Bodyworks. She was very professional, gave me some instant relief of the pain through treatment, and set me up with a good range of exercises to get me back up and moving. She also helped me understand and correct various bad habits that I was not aware I was doing with regards to posture and everyday activities. End result is that my back has healed and I feel a lot stronger and confident to get moving again.... (Show more)

I have been recently treated for a painful & restrictive back & leg problem (muscular / sciatic nerve). Mandy was extremely helpful, knowledgeable & skilled in treating the condition to get me active again. The treatment I received often extended beyond my 30/45 minute slot to ensure I receive the appropriate treatment which was really beneficial & appreciated. In addition I had additional unprompted calls outside my sessions to check on my wellbeing and progress which was really refreshing!!! Highly recommended!!!... (Show more)

I have been treated by all three girls over several years for various pulled muscles and particularly back pain. They are all excellent. The only reason I keep going back is because I feel so good that I end up lifting something heavy so it’s my own fault. Highly recommend

Online physio was brilliant! I rang in the morning and was booked in for a session on the same day. We worked through my issue by testing my abilities over a webcam and checking in on my pain tolerance. I received some excellent advice and I am already starting to notice a huge improvement in my injury!... (Show more)
