In 1994 he graduated from the Faculty of Medicine, Masaryk University in Brno, where in 2003 he received the Ph.D. degree. In addition to the BODY Clinic he also works at the Department of Plastic and Aesthetic Surgery of the University Hospital in Olomouc. He has published a lot of professional articles in Czech and international medical periodicals. On 27.7. I had a consultation with Associate Professor Válka, which lasted about 15 minutes and included a photo shoot, and I paid 500 CZK. He didn't tell me the price for the operation during the consultation, so I expected to find out at the reception along with other information. But even there, no one was able to give me a price offer, I didn't even get a contract to look at. So I urged the clinic by e-mail and by phone and I still haven't received an offer even two weeks after the consultation, and no one has responded to the e-mail, despite promises over the phone (I sent two different e-mails to their mobile number after the agreement addresses - still didn't help).
