Monique has been massively instrumental in my shoulder rehab....her knowledge of physiology and her ability assess my needs have been exceptional... she is also a little tough.....perfect combination to get things moving.
I've been seeing Jack Bright at Body Logic for a few months now for a painful hip. Jack produced an excellent programme which has transformed my hip to something that feels brand new! His exercises and treatment was carefully considered and progressed at just the right rate. He is an excellent physio, and is kind, helpful and courteous. I so much appreciate all that he has helped me with - I highly recommend him and the clinic.... (Show more)
I am an experienced runner and have visited a number of physios during my 5 years living in London. Sergio is without doubt the best of them. Sergio was able to understand my goals and prepare a rehabilitation strategy which enabled me to achieve and surpass those goals, whilst being realistic to the level of fitness I wanted to maintain. Highly recommend!... (Show more)
I would definitely recommend Body Logic. All the team are very helpful and knowledgeable . Monique has been excellent for Reformer Pilates - just the right balance of encouragement and recognition of my limitations, and really good at targeting and improving my areas of weakness.
Great team & physios. Thank you BodyLogic
Body Logic got me back walking without pain and ultimately running again in the space of 2 months. I had spent two years with a number of other physios who gave me huge exercise programs lasting over 1hr to complete. The process was always confused and I never felt like there was a plan in place. With Body Logic the plan was simple and long term. There were small goals to push for whilst on the way to the long term goal. I always felt like I knew the purpose of what I was doing and each week I felt marked improvements. Highly recommend Paul and the Body Logic team.... (Show more)

I’d been having issues with my lower back for a while and Jack has helped me throughout the past 6 months. I can now get on with my normal routine with a lot less pain!
I’ve been working with Monique for the last 7 weeks after hurting my back at work. Every session was personalised to support my recovery and I was really impressed at how quickly I noticed progress being made within a few sessions. Monique made me feel so at ease as this was my first time visiting a physio. She created a personalised programme of exercises for me to do at home which I am still continuing to use. Even after finishing my programme with her, she’s been in contact to check in. I cannot thank or recommend Monique and the team at BLH enough.... (Show more)
Jack Bright was fantastic, empathetic and helped me recover from a nasty injury. The team at Body Logic Health couldn't have been nicer, and made it easy to get a first quick appointment.
I had knee pain and did some sessions with Sergio; the progress was very quick. I am very happy with the quick response and the support provided. I would definetely recommend them.
Sergio at Body Logic is a great physio and I would not hesitate to go back to him should I have any other injuries. I tore my acl and mcl whilst skiing and his weekly physio sessions have enabled me to get back to skiing and tennis within the year without having to have the operation. I feel my knee is strong again and I feel confident using it for all sports. Sergio really listened to the feedback I gave him from my daily exercises and adjusted the sessions accordingly. I would highly recommend Body Logic.... (Show more)

Came across Body Logic to help with mid/lower back pain from sitting at a desk all day. Jack has been a great help in helping me relieve the back pain with the physio sessions and the stretches.

I lived in Battersea for 5 years & Body Logic was always my go to for physio. Easy to get a timely appointment, good facilities, front of house were always friendly & quality rehab sessions. Róisín was my physio & she was excellent. Attentive, good to chat to when being poked & prodded & she made sure I had plenty to go away & work with myself (all online for me to check when I need).
