I am very impressed with the service at beauty saloon. I am a beauty expert, and I have worked at many beauty salons, but the services of this salon are great. There are many beauty products and the quality is very good. It is very clean, and the environment is very comfortable.
Lovely facial - would have preferred if therapist could have told me what she was doing and what to expect but felt rejuvenated and fresh after. Thank you

Got a gel mani nail art done here a few times, excellent service and Isabella has such creative well made designs!
First time at the salon and I hated the tanning bed, that was old and grungy. I was in there for 10 minutes which I did not feel any heat at all. Never again and a waste of money
Louise did a great job with my cut and blow dry. She was attentive and very helpful when asked for her advice. I'm happy with my hair.

It was my first time in the salon and I can't be happier, Louise did my haircut and gave lot of advise about breakage as my hair was damaged. Now it just looks AMAZING! Highly recommended, will be back for sure!!!

Got my haircut by Louise - she done a great job with the wash cut and blow dry along with a hair treatment, whilst also maintaining a level of professionalism when keeping up a conversation
Great first time experience. I got a dermalogica facial which I easily booked on wahanda. The beautician not only gave me an amazing treatment but a luxurious massage to boot. She recommended the crystal facial and I'm looking forward to trying it next month.
Lucia is a fantastic hairdresser. The venue is clean, tidy and easily accessible from the city. She's very professional offering plenty of additional tips on hair care. I can't wait for them to reopen again. If you're looking for a fantastic hair salon near Aldgate this is the salon for you.
I've been going to Body Essential to get my wax done a couple of years and it's great, quick and professional. I have tried many beauty salon in London and this is the best I found! Highly recommend it!

First time I took plunge and had Shellac nails they were absolutely perfect and were still strong and solid after 2 weeks but my next session has left me very disappointed... my nails are peeling and lifting after only 5 days. Not sure what went wrong this time but first time was brilliant.
Booked in for a facial at a 'special rate' but just received a call to explain that the 'special rate' is for new customers only, therefore I would have to pay full price as I had been there a few times over previous years - surely you should be rewarding the customers that do keep returning to you not turning away their business - this is called loyalty? I have booked elsewhere now for my lunchtime facial and actually got a better rate. Very disappointed by body essentials and sadly my few times over previous years will be my last.... (Show more)
