This dentist is brilliant, especially Kelly. I have been in this practice for some years now and the service and results that have been achieved by Kelly’s work has been brilliant. Would never go anywhere else!
Going up the wall with pain in broken tooth....rang Bod Heulog and got me in the next day .. Jack was amazing took the tooth out with minimum fuss ..lovely guy great dentist
Highly professional care. Very thorough, but always kind and considerate. Would recommend unreservedly. (Recent implant treatment.)
I see Kelly and Lorraine (hygenist) at BH and would not go anywhere else. Lorraine is very gentle and I have complete confidence in Kelly as I'm a nervous patient. I've also seen two other dentists there who were also excellent . Reception staff and nurses are all really helpful too and understanding if you have to change an appt. or fit in an emergency appt.... (Show more)
Been with ur practice many years but when suffering sevear toothache all week end w As told I told had been removed from your list yet my brother and I seen dentist in September all paid private and that's how your treated poor m practice not even inform the patient even after covid
Brilliant service and the staff were very helpful throughout the treatment. Highly recommend.
Excellent service
Absolutely disgusting approach to patient care and q rude attitude, even towards children. If you can treat patients with dignity and respect you should not be in the profession. My son has begged me never to take him back there after the dentist was so abrupt and rude towards him and not one single please or thank you throughout the whole ordeal. Its concerning how they get away with treating people like this and I for one will not be returning with my children again, id rather be on a waiting list for 2 years than put my child through that again. Disgusting attitude and appalling behaviour from someone in a medical profession, you should be ashamed of yourselves.... (Show more)
Been with this dentist for over 20yrs, girls on reception are lovely, my dentist Jenny is a brilliant lady and nothing is too much trouble, she has always put me at ease and never once have I had a bad experience, I will never have any other dentist do any work on my teeth except Jenny
My eldest son has his teeth seen to here by a lovely lady on ground floor. She is fabulous with children. The gentleman on the floor above is fabulous also. They put my son at ease each time. Wouldn't take him anywhere else.
Phoned to make an apt. and receptionist was not overly friendly on the phone. I was told they were taking on private patients but it would be weeks to get in. I was asked for a £30 deposit just to make the first apt. I would never pay that as a matter of principle. Ended up going elsewhere. If the receptionist isn’t very friendly what are the rest of the staff like??
In pain from my teeth .. after being courteous to let them know I MAY be 2 minutes late MAY.. I was in work .. explained I might not be just leaving now I was held on the phone for 5 min and then told don't bother we can see you November .. omg .. hate dentist at the best of times now I worry that 2 minutes over would caused a problem. How quickly was they rushing me through????😳😳😳 NOT HAPPY and now NO CONFIDENCE in this dentist. Particularly as I am about to invest in a invisibrace and I pay a monthly premium to be here .....
