Sweetest, most accommodating staff with an accessible and hands on dentist! Client for life!
The admin in the front is dishonest. I made an appointment for a routine cleaning and they are in network with my insurance however she said I would still need to pay from my pocket. When I told her I wont be able to pay since its routine she changed her story and said only $40. after which I verified with my insurance that it is 100% covered and mentioned to her so she said no need to pay. May be the doctor is good but the staff is either stupid or greedy hoping to get patients who do not do their research to pay more than what is already covered.... (Show more)

Excellent customer service, everybody was very kind and knowledgeable, Dr, Capellan explained all the process with details.
Very professional, friendly and clean I am extremely satisfied with my visit.
I highly recommend Boca Smile Center if you are looking for a dentist to trust. The office has highly trained workers and it's a very safe environment to be in. With the Covid19 cases increasing, this office is very sanitized and clean.
The entire staff is warm and welcoming and always professional. Highly recommend!

If you want an awesome and pain free dental experience try Dr. Jessica Capellan at Boca Smile. They are the most caring folks I have ever encountered. I had more pain from a stubbed toe than from a recent dental procedure! If I could have given them higher than 5 stars I would.
Everyone in the entire facility is very nice, helpful and sweet. Clean and welcoming location. Pricing is transparent. Happy to have found my new dentist going forward!

Went in for a routine teeth cleaning for the first time here, and was pleasantly surprised at how attentive their level of care was. They did a fantastic job! I appreciate Dr. Capellan taking her time to explain everything thoroughly and making sure I was comfortable the whole time. I've asked for simple cleaning that can be done anywhere for 150$. They wasted my time with an excessive number of X-rays that are harmful to humans and unnecessary procedures and in the end, they said they could not do "ethically" simple teeth cleaning and I would need multiple office visits for the deep cleaning procedure. My guess is they are just <$_4> and have no respect for patient wishes or needs. Stay away from this place... (Show more)
I’ve been a patient here for a long time under the previous Doctor. The place changed hands and I must say, I love Dr Capellan and her staff. The technology they use is awesome! Dental care has come a long way and I’m so grateful for her wisdom in her work she does. I like how things were well explained and what my options are for next steps. I’m a patient here for life.... To say this is the best dentist I have ever been to is an understatement. Forget that they worked out a financial arrangement for me because I did not have insurance, forget that they showed me the empathy and compassion for the severe pain I was in…the entire staff treated me like I was a part of their family. I have been going to Boca Smile Center for nearly 20 years...first with Dr. Selzer and now Dr. C! Kathy is great as she will make every effort to get an appointment if it is an emergency. All other staff are extremely gentle. Highly recommend!
