Visited Boatman’s Optical in Ongar a few months back for a regular check up and couldn’t have been more satisfied with the service I received. All staff were more than happy to help with giving me options for what I could do following my eye test. Overall, great service and lovely staff!!
I went to Boatmans for a second opinion after Vision Express repeatedly told me my cataracts werent bad enough for surgery although I was practically blind in one eye . I saw the Optician at Boatmans on a Wednesday and by the following Tuesday I was having surgery with the second eye done 6 weeks later. The aftercare at Boatmans has been fab and the staff are lovely and helpful. Ive just ordered some reading glasses from them and cannot recommend them highly enough.... (Show more)
Great service, they were brilliant with my daughter.
Had my eye checked here after a cataract opp.The service from Boatmans was first class.They then sorted me out for new specs which have just arrived after 7 days.Every one there was pleasant,helpful & knowledgeable.I recommend Boatmans to every one.
Very helpful friendly ladies and nothing is too much trouble. I would definitely recommend Boatmans
