We just moved to KL and it’s our first visit to this dental clinic after several googled search. Staff: friendly, helpful, kind and follow up service. Drs: friendly, helpful, opinionated, knowledgeable and experienced. Parking: make an appointment and there will be a reserved parking lot for you in front of the dental clinic. This is a great place to go take care of your teeth. The team was very professional examining and providing with solutions by priority. I had to do scaling and whitening for me and my mom, which they did a great job, I felt that I was in good hands. All the people here were very gentle and kind to me. They explained very well what was going on. Also the front desk staff makes you feel right at home immediately when you walk in the door. Great experience with Dr. Kyaarthini and her team. The doctor takes her time to listen to concerns and is meticulous in her work while trying to make the procedure as comfortable as possible . Great flexibility in scheduling appointments and good follow up by WhatsApp. Mr. Jason, the very friendly assistant at reception, went out of his way to pick up a tooth cap that had come off, to rush it to the lab for preparation and have it reattached by the dentist on the same day. Was my 1st time at Blooe Dental Clinic. I did scaling & polishing n was very happy with my experience. The doctor, although young was very clear in explaining my teeth n gum situation and advising me what my next action should be. She was very professional n gentle 😊 What made me even happier was that every client has a specific appointment together with a PARKING SPACE!🤗 Am definitely looking forward to my next visit! Sharm.
