I go there because they always take the time to check everything in your mouth especially your teeth to know What's going on and if they find something they always fix it or set up an appointment Thank you very much
I spent an hour and a half in the office and barely got a rushed cleaning because I had to leave. Please do a better job staying on time!
My last experience at this office was strange. The dentist accidentally cut my lip with the drill, didn’t say anything about it, and never apologized. He was a nice guy so that was really weird to me. Also when I checked out, the receptionist asked for a tip and made me sign a receipt that could offer gratuity. I have never had bad service there. And Bert cleans my teeth so wonderfully and he is so kind. Always happy to see him the passed 9 years I been a patient.

As someone who is TERRIFIED of going to the Dentist, I assure you this is the BEST place to go. The whole staff and dentist are so patient and understanding of any fear you may have. They work well with you to make your visit very comfortable. Highly recommend.
My son has dental anxiety BAD like sooo bad he has had to be papoosed and the dentist and his staff today were A-MAZING with him and talking him through the process. I won't take him anywhere else!!!
I was referred to Dr.Galloway. As I was sitting in the dental chair,Dr. Galloway examines my chief complaint he see’s that it’s much worse than expected . Dr.Galloway ( unlike myself) seemed to remain calm , polite and professional.He explained how he was going to fix the problem, when I left his office I was much calmer. I returned a few days later,DrGalloway was very friendly he took care with me while working on my teeth. We still have another visit coming up to finish up. Been coming here about 3 years maybe 4. I like the staff here they've been very nice most of the time period sometimes the wait time is little longer than I would like. Today they were very under staff so I didn't get in till 40 minutes after my appointment time and the cleaning that I got was abbreviated. They didn't flous between my teeth and the cleaning was very hurried. They were still nice and pleasant to deal with. And the dentist OK man and checked out everything and said I was doing OK.... First time visit. Cleaning was amazing. My appointment was at 3:00 and did not get seen until 4:00 and was done by 4:15. Huge time suck for me.
Hygienist and assistant were very unprofessional. They joking and laughing during procedure. Several times I had to stop them and tell them to continue work. Also while during procedure had to tell them to pay attention not to hurt me.
