I had a great experience here, the nurse & receptionist was friendly & welcoming, and the service was efficient. Dr. Mike was really nice and always made sure I felt comfortable all the time. Highly recommended :)

Kalsom has been very kind and helpful in handling all my dental appts. Dr. Yeoh has been very thoughtful in my orthodontic treatment as well as kudos to Dr. Mike for my general oral health and regular check ups.

Due to a bad experience with a dentist, I had not visited one since 1981. I started having gum issues a month ago and having had no choice but to visit a dentist, I decided to try Blanc Dental Clinic. I must say that I was not disappointed. The excellent service started the moment I contacted them and was handled by Puan Kalsom. She patiently answered all my questions and was very reassuring and understanding. I then went for the appointment and met Dr. Mike. Immediately, Dr Mike put me at ease and took every step to ensure that I was comfortable throughout the scaling process. How to lose customer in 5 min: dentist Blanc in Bangsar Village, visit booked for today; 10:30 am, 3 confirmations by whatsapp. I present myself; just the same moment comes a mother with a kid; and the receptionist tells me that I have to wait, because they were late for their appointment; so they will go before me. Just done my scaling and polishing at Dr.Mikes Dental with the new AIRFLOW ULTRA COMFORT SPA and it was a very good experience for me (Dental phobic)...Scared for a week but acctualy there is nothing to be scared of 😁. Just had my BEST ever dental scaling experience here with their signature Airflow Spa. I have never felt my teeth this clean before and the procedure is totally painless (first time ever!). Such a great and best experience I ever had at Blanc clinic. I have been scared to see dentist due to dental phobia and now I have changed after I visited Blanc. Dr Mike, Kalsom and his team took care of me well. I have dentophobia and Dr Mike minimize any discomfort and constantly checks that I am comfortable during the procedure. I have done a few procedures including tooth filing, air spa (painless version of scaling) and root canal. All done very professionally and virtually no pain. As most people, I am afraid of meeting dentist and for some reason because I had not good experience in previous experience. But I decided to try their new "Air flow Spa - Ultra Comfort" at Blanc Dental Clinic, to clean up my teeth in deep level and scaling. So I had my appointment on 22nd Nov and met Dr Mike, he and his team was so friendly and amazing service, like a VIP, worth paying every ringgit! They make sure, you are calmed with nice music background and explain each process, like there are 3 processes of cleaning your teeth. Even if you feel discomfort it is around 3 out of 10....so it is like Thai massage, you started with the process and ended with warm hot massage, which is 10 mins quick teeth whitening treatment. 1st Oct,2020. Is the day my wisdom teeth been removed by @dr.mike.lim at @blancdentalclinic . _ Dr Mike is a very amazing dentist. As people that knows me will know the fear that I go through whenever come to dentist. But ever since I got to know Dr Mike , he has changed my mindset about the dental world. _ I often worry & grave fear about issues with wisdom tooth. Today is the day wisdom teeth need to be extracted. Furthermore there’s no time for preparation as it was an emergency extraction. _ But under Dr Mike’s care I seems to be pretty relaxed & lots of laughters throughout the extraction. It was really a walk in the park , no drama. Just that this walk took like 2 hours or less. Sorry I lost count of the time. All I can say was it was really the most relaxing & fun extraction of a teeth I experienced. & is a wisdom teeth. _ Thank You again Dr Mike & his team for such a wonderful experience. The girls that were with me are such darling & they really took such good care of me. Kalsom is such a nice person that always there whenever I contact her. Thank You for slotting me in at last minute. So sorry for the rest of the appointments as patients have to make way for my stubborn wisdom teeth! _ I would highly recommend Dr Mike to my friends & families. Especially those that have never like dentist. When you get to know Dr Mike & his team. You will definitely see dental world at a very different angle. Amazing professional service from the second you walk through the door. The dentist was excellent and not only made me look as though I’d had teeth whitening with a simple clean, scale and polish, but also fixed a bad filling left by a previous dentist.
