Dr Ali has been our family doctor for a number of years now. I have always found him very kind and helpful. He's great with babies and kids aswell. Both of the receptionists are always very kind and welcoming and my kids always love playing with the toys and especially the stickers! Always can get an appointment. I highly recommend this practice.
Audrey the receptionist is an absolute lady goes above and beyond to help you fantastic Doctors as well , would highly recommend this surgery
Got an appointment with Dr Ali Alsaad at late notice. Really thorough and took time to explain his diagnosis. Very comprehensive approach to treatment, and has a lovely manner.
I’m very fond of Dr Ali & Dr Aseel great practice but I was in the dentist on Friday and witnessed disgraceful behaviour from @sara Ben, shame on you!, I have to say your review is complete lies. Audrey is always so helpful and Kind and dealt with your behaviour professionally ,she removed you and u continued sticking your fingers up at her and your language was highly offensive I have witnessed this person run a muck in the place being very agressive & violent for no reason. 100% recommend this place.... Horrendous service and most dreadful staff. Please avoid giving them free money for phone consultations as well. In person, the secretary "Audrey" insults you and attempts to defame you. they call you names and insult you. They are only after your money and some tax evasion business is going on there!!! The most horrendous medical practice I have been to in my life by far!!! Please avoid at all costs for both your own mental peace and physical well-being. They are hardly qualified to be doctors, I don't know how they remain in business!!!... (Show more)
Dr Ali is the best! Always so kind, I had an issue that he was able to resolve in house and could have meant hospital care if Dr Ali didn't intervene. Always easy to get an appointment and the rest of the staff are very nice and accommodating.
I am not very satisfied with the level of service. I went to the doctor for a check-up after giving birth with my 2-week-old daughter. He told me to put the baby on the scale which was wet (not dried after sanitaizing) and cold. My little baby suffered heat shock and peed several times and cried a lot. There was no hygienic mats for newborns in the doctor's office, if I hadn't brought my own I wouldn't have had anything to lay the baby on. When he finished examining the child, he went to wash his hands (he had no gloves) and left the little baby lying naked without supervision, I had to ask if I could dress her. He didn't tell me anything about the child's health or weight gain. The doctor also repeatedly asked if I was fully breastfeeding, as if he didn't believe it, I found that insulting. I cannot recommend it, the surgery is not equipped for newborns and I am also not satisfied with the approach.... (Show more)
