Unacceptable in all of them! Rude staff for the most part who treat you as if they are doing you a favor......... Financially, they called us the day after the surgery for extra costs because they supposedly used more than the "anticipated" materials........ I gave birth by caesarean section at the Bioclinic and I was completely satisfied with the girls in the 6th grade, Mrs. Maria at the secretariat who is always kind and helps the men to do the procedures, Popi was very kind and calmed me down!!! the anesthesiologist was wonderful! The midwives in the 5th all one by one helpful!none with a face!willing to help! Stella, the Maries, Theano! Well done to the whole team that creates a family atmosphere! I chose her because of positive comments for breastfeeding!!! and they were confirmed! The food is perfect!!! The midwives at the clinic are excellent..all the midwives are very good..but Dionysia is the best...a great professional and person..I was told it was a girl and when I met her at the clinic it was confirmed..!!all amazing..the girls at the clinic cleanliness, food, doctors... top clinic for me!!!

Scheduled c-section on my 2nd child 03/01 & discharged 05/01. On 07/01 we had to admit the baby due to rising jaundice!! You don't often find such empathy and kindness!!! On a floor full of babies, whenever we needed something, there was an immediate response from everyone.. Maries, Stella, Theano, my DIONYSIA, and so many girls whose names unfortunately I have not retained, thank you so much for the love and care you showed to my baby and to me too!!! I gave birth by caesarean section. I was not satisfied at all! The baby developed a breathing problem, the pediatricians told us that they would bring him to us in a few hours, in the end they never brought him to me. We constantly asked to be informed about the condition of the child and no one came to inform us. After 30 hours of the baby's suffering and since they were unable to deal with the tachypnea, they sent him to Papageorgiou in the night as they did not have the appropriate machines to supply oxygen. They informed me in a poor and purely procedural manner, without a trace of empathy. The pediatricians were unacceptable in every way. The midwives came to pat my belly and while I was screaming in pain they didn't think to check if the epidural tube had come out. It had finally moved and they called the anesthetist to reinsert it, but now it was pointless after I suffered for hours. Also, while I asked my doctor not to step on my belly and while in front of me he told them not to continue doing it since there was no reason, they kept coming and insisting on doing it despite the doctor's instruction my. One of the midwives put the butterfly on me wrong and it hurt my arm, I asked three times to have it changed and luckily a girl put it on correctly and I stopped hurting. There were various other hiccups, serum that didn't go in properly and just dripped on the floor and on me, midwife tripping over the tubes in my hand, etc. The only reason I'm putting two stars is because they allowed my husband to stay with me the night because of my very bad psychology since they hadn't brought me the baby. I went in on 20/11 for a normal delivery, however, I gave birth on 23/11 by caesarean section because the baby had many wraps! Until I gave birth, Iota and Mrs. Stella helped me a lot on the 6th and who else happened to be on shift while I couldn't forget the help given to me in the 5th by the midwives, especially Dionysia and Theano! I don't know how it will be in the scheduled surgery that I have, but today when I visited the clinic for a pre-operative check everything was perfect, the service was impeccable, the kindness was too much and the kindness too.

The organization needs improvement

I put 5* because they really deserve them and they earned them on their worth! On 1/23/24 I visited the Bioclinic for a same day procedure and was blown away by the professionalism and interest of the staff on the 6th floor and delivery/operating room. I thank my doctor Mr. Konstantinos Georgiadis and the midwives Matati Penelope and Grammatikopoulou Elsa for their special interest, knowledge and kindness. Always following the rules of hygiene, they made me feel very comfortable and for someone like me with a little more anxiety, it absolutely counted! They were constantly by my side and not 10 minutes went by without someone coming to check how I was feeling and if I was comfortable! At my first report of any discomfort I was given straight IV pain meds extending my stay for at least an hour until I felt ready to get up. They made me feel safe and I almost forgot I was there for surgery! Solved every question I had in absolute detail. On my way out, a midwife helped me get dressed and escorted me to the ground floor where my companions were waiting for me. I really appreciate it and I'm writing this review because it's good to encourage the people who care for us and make patients feel familiar and safe like I do. I had previously visited the clinic for checkups and was completely satisfied. But the experience that justifies the 5th star concerns the birth of our baby, a week ago. All the midwives during the delivery were flawless, friendly, calm atmosphere, they listen to your every concern and respect it, professionals at every moment. The same treatment followed after the birth, both for the mother's recovery, examinations and the management of the newborn, as well as for the first contacts between the two of them. Breastfeeding started with the advice offered by the lovely girls on the 5th, which make you feel comfortable and pleasant throughout your stay. Special help in breastfeeding, Dionysia and Katerina, the calm force, make you feel confident about the beginning of breastfeeding and its continuation once you get home. I have no experience for all the other departments of the clinic, but I can recommend the obstetrics department with my eyes closed.... (Show more)

I gave birth there last month. All the girls are excellent and their response is immediate to what I needed! Special thanks to Dionysia who was excellent. Also, the cleanliness is impeccable.

I had surgeries. Very pleased. From my doctor Ioannis Rallis. and the private room on the 4th floor..

I had a small operation there, the same day. Too much traffic, too many people. For the short time that I stayed in the ward and operating room, the staff was impeccable. Katerina in short at 421 is an "Angel". A thousand thanks.

Since the attendants of people undergoing surgery at the clinic must stay in the waiting room and we respect that, the employees should be less aggressive and as we wait in the waiting room we don't need to hear comments about people entering the space!!!

2021 head surgery hydrocephalus I don't remember anything to say

I gave birth to my first child there a week ago. A big thumbs up and a big thank you to all the staff...very good service, great help with breastfeeding and very good guidance on the first needs of a baby as I am a new mother.. .very good and the midwife who wanted at home on the fourth day (Thank you very much Dionysia) everything was perfect !!!!...
