Beautiful structure but badly organised..it has gotten much worse in recent times..

It is impossible to speak to the switchboard to book specialist visits or tests; I have been trying to call for months but the lines are always busy. A hospital that worked before Covid, quick times to book, punctuality and precision for visit times. Since last year, a mess. Bookings exclusively with the online form and this could be an advantage if however the times were short in receiving their call. 3 visits in 2 months, gynecology department Professor Angioli 2 hours and 40 minutes late on November 27, 2023. Abdominal echo in December, 1 hour and a half late Today, 10/01/24 breast echo 1 hour or more late Doctors all extremely well trained and also available, but the wait is absurd. TOP staff and competence
I booked a dermatological visit to see the moles, two doctors who were barely graduates examined me with the light of their cell phones on every corner of my body... and who can tell me that they didn't also film with that cell phone?? absolutely unprofessional! also for three moles they said that I have to do the epiluminescence so I had to make an appointment again for that (because the visit only involved looking at the moles with the mobile phone) well 8 months have passed, I have requested many times and they have never had a place... at this point I wasted time and money because I will have to visit another hospital again.... Excellent service but a little expensive and then the campus is a little too difficult to reach, it's too spread out
3 years of agony! Cardiac bypass operation, wire left in the body. Here comes the infection!! 4 years of antibiotics, 8 chest operations to remove it and now the infection has reached the bone and will have to be operated on again... again! Everything is always taken under control as if it were nothing serious and in the meantime he suffers, exasperated, depressed, doesn't trust anymore, but no one wants to take responsibility for all this!... After the experience of my brother's esophageal cancer and the mockery of the doctors in 4 months, I wouldn't even take my dog there for treatment.
I'm sorry but the campus has had a huge drop in quality, at the beginning it was fine, now calls hang up after waiting for half an hour, even before service hours and doctors who cancel visits more than once and urp non-existent to complaints .
I went to the ED on Campus for the second time, where I fell and hit my head and suffered a small laceration to my head. I was taken to the campus in the ED and received the best care possible. Everyone was very good. Very professional, thanks again.

At the beginning in 2008 an excellent hospital from all points of view, today apart from a few doctors and nursing staff I would no longer recommend it to anyone.
