Beeston Dental Practice

I have been a patient since 2012 at Beeston Dental. Initially with Chris and in the last year with Nilesh (root canal) and Michael (implant). The dentists and nurses do a fantastic job using the latest equipment and technologies. Highly recommend.

Fantastic service and great work. I always feel welcome, cared for and safe when I come to the practice and have treatment.

Just been to Bethany the hygienist. She gave my teeth a thorough clean and it was totally painless. At my previous dentist the treatment was excruciatingly painful so I was a bit apprehensive believe me. Thanks to Bethany, my confidence is restored. I've been going to Beeston Dental Practise for some years now and have always received excellent treatment. Amongst more routine work that he has done, Vinhay has replaced an old and tricky gold inlay of two back teeth that were showing signs of decay that turned out to be quite advanced. He has also replaced an old crown with a new one - all done the same morning, no horrible mould making or temporary filling, just a short time spent in the waiting room while the new crown was made and then it was fitted and perfect! Having been a little reluctant to have my first crown aged 80, I was convinced by the whole procedure being completed in one appointment of a hour - the crown itself made while-you-wait ! As ever, Nilesh's knowledge and skill (and explanations) were superb.

As an NHS patient at this practice I received superb care from start to finish. Kate the dental nurse was fabulous, whilst awaiting the dentist she made conversation easily yet remained professional. Michael the dentist also professional yet kind and friendly and made you feel he had time for you. Also very gentle. As a recently retired nurse of over 40 years experience these are the professionals the NHS need and remind me of the values that the NHS had when I started and how I like to think I cared for my patients. Chris Navarro and the team at Beeston Dental Practice have changed my life. After some traumatic experiences earlier in life, I hadn't been to a dentist in a very long time, out of pure terror and fear of what would be found. The exceptional service and standard of care at Beeston Dental extends to absolutely everyone - the kindness of Donna and Joanne on reception when I first went in to make an appointment was so very welcome, and made the incredibly difficult task of just booking the first appointment so much easier. I had my first appointment with Chris at the start of June, and from the very beginning he treated me with a sort of gentle, deeply competent and patient kindness that I've rarely found elsewhere. I'm now 5 appointments into a long course of treatment to put everything right, with just one remaining. I went today for the 5th, and for the first time in my life was relaxed both going in for the appointment and afterwards. I just can't put my gratitude into words - the quality of care I've received, both dental and on the mental health front, is worth diamonds. As a patient of this practice I found it to be professional experience. The dental knowledge, advice, care and treatment was fantastic. I had extensive dentistry treatment. Including dental whitening and new veneers fitted by Vinay. This treatment plan was outstanding, delivered in a professional manner throughout. I find Beeston Dental to be an exceptional practice, exuding warmth, sensitivity, expertise and efficiency from all staff. Very nervously booking-in initially for implants with Chris, the practice became ‘my’ dentist for all my dental care. This was a good decision! With no hesitation I would describe the practice as second to none. I couldn’t be more pleased with my implants (thank you Chris and Amy and the team). Very happy with the treatment I received here, I had 3 appointments for some quite large fillings and everything was very smoothly dealt with and professional but also very friendly and kept me updated throughout. Following the appointments I’ve had next to no discomfort, so I’m pleased with the skill and quality of the work I’ve had done.

Everyone I've seen at Beeston Dental Practice has been absolutely brilliant. My first impression was really positive. Joanne on reception is cheerful, helpful and knowledgeable. My first check up was with Chris and Hayley and they made me feel completely at ease. Chris explained everything he was doing and I never felt nervous once. Becky, the treatment coordinator was so reassuring in answering my questions. I felt really well informed about my treatment plan but never pressured in any way - this was so important for me as a new patient. The hygienist Beth and her nurse Alisha were so kind and gentle. Everyone I have seen has been amazing but I'd like to say a special thanks to Vinay and Caitlin. As a patient who suffers with ongoing jaw pain, visiting the dentist is always a physically uncomfortable experience for me but Vinay and Caitlin helped me so much. They went above and beyond to ensure my jaw was as comfortable as possible during my treatment. They really listened to me and were kind, supportive and approachable. Although I have been coming to this practice for many years, I still remain an extremely anxious patient. Yesterday I had a surgical extraction whilst under sedation....my worst nightmare! However, I need not have worried, as from the moment I arrived, until I was discharged home, I received nothing but the highest level of kindness and care from every member of this outstanding team.... I used to be really scared of the dentist, having had very bad experiences as a child, i.e., fillings without anaesthetic. I cannot praise Beeston Dental enough....the service is first class and all the dentists that I have seen are gentle, caring and very professional. I no longer dread going to the dentist, and would definitely not go anywhere else.... (Show more)

Definitely the best dentist I've been to. I'm always surprised how much time and attention the hygienist gives. Everyone on the team is very helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommended if you're in the area

I have just completed my work experience here. The staff are all so friendly and welcoming. And the technology they have here is amazing. Would definitely recommend.
