By chance I came across the clinic’s website on Facebook and the charming girl Irina gave me courage. 4 hours from Berlin, a walk through the most beautiful city and the magic hands of the doctor worked a miracle. Almost painless 40 minutes, an atmosphere of homeliness and comfort, a week later, independent removal of stitches with a video consultation and now a sea of ​​​​happiness. I am so glad . 3 weeks passed and my friend did not notice any traces of the operation in the cafe. And I began to see better. Ive been to this clinic twice for botox and am beyond satisfied with the service provided. Its easy to make appointments and they are very professional and the prices are very fair. My husband and I went to the clinic with complaints of drooping upper eyelids. We underwent upper blepharoplasty under local anesthesia. Everything went great, we were able to go home the next day. A week after the stitches were removed, we both noticed an excellent result, and a month later we forgot that there was an operation and every day we enjoy our reflection in the mirror. The difference before and after surgery exceeded all our expectations! I sincerely thank our wonderful surgeon and the entire clinic team for their excellent work! Very friendly staff. The eyelid enhancement consultation took place in a friendly spirit. I decided to have the procedure done on the spot.

I did a plasma lifting therapy in 2020 and it was the worst experience in my life, I am really disappointed with myself I did not bring a lawsuit for this clinic as they left me with what I would call for the lack of a better description 'grease points' on my face from where the needed entered. Which is the worst as it's permanent damage, it has never gone away. The plasma treatment never worked, I wonder if they even used my plasma accordingly and on top of these two things, the woman who did the application was sick, and while I was on the chair I believe she sneezed on my face - as I heard a sneeze sound and then I felt droplets all over my face (I head my eyes closed as the light was on my face and she was preparing to start the application/anesthesia already applied). A couple of days later I started to feel sick as well. Horrible, horrible experience, I do not recommend this clinic and I regret with all my heart not being inspired enough at that time to make a formal complaint to this clinic to the authorities and hire a lawyer for the permanent damaged they have caused.... I've made an appointment for the Ultherapy at this clinic and came extra to Prague for this therapy. Upon arrival to the clinic I waited about 30 minutes to be said that the therapy device was out of order. None of the personnel made even an effort to let me know about it before my appointment. Moreover, neither the receptionist nor the "doctor" were not really feeling guilty by just saying that was not their fault, but somebody's else. Very unprofessional and non customer oriented behavior! Even though they offered me a discount for any next therapy, I will not rely on their professionality for a good quality therapies, if they are even not capable to make up appointments.... Great clinic. We come from Germany. The prices in Germany are too expensive. That's why we went to CZ. Great service, great friendliness. The doctors on site are very friendly and some also speak German. 5 out of 5 stars, highly recommended. Thank you Beautyshape team

I really do not recommend! The lady at the reception impatient, cold as a dog's nose. She didn't even let me slowly read the disclaimer, terms, or whatever it was. "consultation" before lipolysis in the sense of "it's actually completely useless for you and the second option would last for 9 months, look in some magazines" For that she said 500,- and goodbye. It was my first experience with such a clinic and definitely my last. Just taking money from people and pretending to know something. Big disappointment and even bigger I DO NOT RECOMMEND!...
