I chose them because of the reviews I read here, but unfortunately I had a bad experience. It happened about a week ago, I wanted to use pigment spot removal on my face, for some well-defined areas. After the test treatment, the assistant gave me a fair price for the first time, but immediately afterwards he recommended a full-face photorejuvenation treatment. Since it would have cost much more, and in my case it seemed unreasonable and excessive (I am 35 years old, I have no problems with my skin apart from a few pigment spots), so I was unsure and tried to go back to the first offer, and indicated that I would pay more for the full facial treatment in my case. The assistant asked me in a passive-aggressive style, "What did you expect?" (the side note is that I fucked him, and he just fucked me). I was completely shocked by this reaction and my tone. I assume that if the guest goes there knowing exactly what they want, then there is no such problem, but I am convinced that it is not possible to talk to anyone in such a condescending manner, under any circumstances, I think this is unacceptable both humanly and professionally. They are extremely professional, kind and helpful people. The atmosphere is always calm and pleasant. I used laser hair removal because I was fed up with the fact that my armpits were constantly irritated by the epilator. The laser machine and the treatments are a miracle! The welcome at the reception is kind and helpful. During the treatments, everyone is thorough, conscientious and attentive . Last but not least, its efficiency is obvious, and I'm only half way through it. I think they work with the best machines on the market. I'm glad that I chose them! My only regret is that I didn't do it sooner! There are always pass sales and discounts, it's worth taking advantage of, because this way you can access the given service much more favorably.... I was very grateful that they were flexible about the appointment when I had to make changes due to problems. The lady I spoke to the second time and who ended up doing the treatment was very nice and fair (the first one was not). The treatment itself - as I see it - was effective and was not unpleasant. A very professional company in all respects, with special regard to dermatologist Dr. Tünde Szabó. He is a very thorough doctor. We would need many such qualified doctors, as he has been treating us for years. I recommend to everyone .
