They do not provide any price window, forcing potential patients to go to an evaluation consultation for which they will be charged, I understand that a consultation with the Dr is indeed necessary for a quote. However, it is incorrect for the patient to go completely blindly without having the minimum notion of a base value, or a maximum cost value of the desired procedure so that you can make the decision whether to proceed with the evaluation consultation or not based on this information. If all clinics had this attitude, patients would have to pay €100 for consultations everywhere just to find out whether the prices charged would be within their budget limits or not. I was not impressed by the service in this clinic. I went for a derma-planing appointment, I was 10 minutes late but I was only seen 45 minutes later after me asking repeatedly to be seen because I needed to leave and I didn’t understand why other people were being seen before me. I was there today, I had an appointment at 3:30 pm. I left work early and was there on time. 1 hour later I was still waiting without any justification, as if it were normal. I think 2 or 3 people passed in front of me, I didn't understand what was happening. At 5pm they called me to the consultation room where they left me waiting again. I ended up leaving the consultation room and asking what was going on and they really couldn't give me any explanations that would justify what had happened, which leads me to think that people who arrived after me received privileged treatment.
