Very lazy, if doctor not there they do not inform, need to wait for 45min , to know doctor is not there

On my 1st visit, it was during COVID for vaccination and I was impressed that time with all precautions and cleanliness. After that I have visited this place 2-3 times and every time it's a good experience, from all the staff to doctors. The Doctors here are amazing. Highly recommended for eye treatment. I am a doctor from nandyal andhrapradesh suffering from chronic serous retinopathy since 8 months .visited hyderabad retina hospitals thrice but the diagnosis was doubtful not confirmed and they gave few options in treatment ...and i was in dilemma...at that time I came to know about dr veerabhadra Rao sir from my doctor frnd dr madusudan reddy from nandyal .after visiting sir my diagnosis is confirmed had undergone laser treatment and iam doing good. Visited this hospital on a Sunday. The dr was so humble and helpful. Very clean place. The Dr and staff are so polite, helpful and Mary an employee kept her word to send Dr's medical certificate by the said time.

I visited on Sunday and the service was really good.. I found the Dr Jhanavi to be very friendly and the optician Uma was very helpful and caring.. i would rate them 5 stars and will surely recommend to my family..

Visited this hospital for an eye checkup for my daughter. If you are visiting this hospital be prepared to explain your ailment (reason for your visit) to multiple people starting from reception before reaching the doctor. Every body wants to know and ask "what is the problem" Behavior of Doctors (Janhavi and Anil) are really polite and good. they really explain you the issue and you are free to ask your doubts. Another important part even which I was surprised is, your medical report they will not give you the original copy. They will give you a photocopy. when asked the answer was "Original report we need, will not provide the original reports to the patients". This is ridiculous, when asked what will happen when the photocopy ink fades after a period of time, the answer was a smile I believe this is the basic right of a patient to have their medical records in original for non insurance treatment. But this hospital denies it. So anyone visiting here please be prepared for it.... (Show more)

It's all about the epi-lasik procedure that I had to undergo 2 months back, done by Dr. Sharada P. Rao. It's definitely worth saying she is one of the finest doctors that I have ever met. Apart from being a great doctor, she can also personally connect with the patient and genuinely guide them through the problem.
