Excellent professional service at the reception - Mrs. Iwona and when cleaning my teeth and, recently, Mrs. Joanna drilled my wisdom tooth, which was very chipped, without pain, which was the first time it happened to me, I always suffered. I highly recommend the Dental Spa clinic. ☺️ I have been using the services regularly for 3 years. I have undergone dental treatment with Dr. Monika and Karolina, surgical removal of wisdom teeth with Dr. Krzysztof, and orthodontic treatment with Dr. Honorata. Treatment with fixed braces quickly and efficiently, with spectacular effects. ☺️ Doctors are always happy to answer questions, give advice and dispel any doubts. Failed implant I now have to get replaced after 1.5 years (+ bone graft and sinus augmentation). A scatter brain who forgets to give me protective goggles and then drops a drill on my face. Using expired medical supplies in their cosmetic side job. Sometimes I would come all the way from England to only find out that my orthodontist is attending a conference or vacationing somewhere. 9-months orthodontic treatment that took 5 years + massively overpriced. They cannot compete with the western countries with either price or quality of their work. Why do they still exist? Edit: In response why I haven't come for a check-up for the implant? Because you were brutal when removing the cast from my teeth and dropped drill on my face, specifically on my eye socket and cheekbone (no protective goggles, remember?). I didn't come back because I don't fancy becoming a pirate. I had 2 other opinions since then. Both agree that the implant was too small for the tooth and the proper procedure would be to lower the sinus to make space for it. Both of them could be wrong, however unlikely, but I would rather put faith in someone who doesn't drop a drill on my face!... (Show more)

I highly recommend Dental Spa. The entire staff is very nice, appointments are quick, you can even make an appointment for a two-hour session at a time, thanks to which your teeth will be as good as new in just a few sessions. I do not recommend. The worst place where I had my teeth treated. At the orthodontist's stamp there is "dentist".

The clinic does not approach the client professionally. An appointment with a specialist is scheduled and the patient waits a week. After arriving at the clinic, it turns out that the doctor will not come for a consultation today. The receptionist promised to contact us to arrange a new, convenient date. I never thought I'd say this, but this is a dental office I want to come back to. I have been a patient for over a year and I am very satisfied. I like that they have a comprehensive approach - not only dental treatment, but also great emphasis on aesthetics (orthodontics, bite, discoloration). they also have a great approach to children (4 years old in our case). I have been under the care of the clinic for quite a few years now. The service is always very nice and professional. Orthodontic treatment by Dr. Honorata is worth recommending, as are dental treatments performed by Dr. Karolina. I rate the urologist of whom I am a patient as an outstanding professional (5/5). Unfortunately, I cannot say the same about the DentalSpa Clinic. And more precisely, compliance with sanitary restrictions. My last visit took place on March 3, 2021 around 3:00 p.m. To my surprise, I see the patient approach the reception desk without covering his mouth and nose, and after a while he sits down next to me in the side hall. My attention towards him proved ineffective. Leaving the clinic, I encountered another guy who was sitting in front of the reception desk with no face covering at all, not even one removed. Wherever, but when entering a medical facility, I would like my safety and that of all of us to be taken care of. Especially in this difficult time we are in. EDIT: I'm raising my rating. Excellent overall care. Staff is very professional, caring and trustworthy. Office space is warm and inviting. Out of all the dental offices I've used in my life Dental spa has been the best.
