Balmoor Dental Surgeries - Queen Street Dental Centre

Made an error and missed appointment staff quickly set one for next day.Was met next day by a very cheerful dental nurse and dentist.Work carried out without any issues and future appointment arranged with ease.I received this excellent service as a long standing NHS patient.

Never felt nervous attending surgery yesterday for the first time in my life after my last appointment. Everything explained to me what would happen next. The hygienist and her assistant really professional and friendly too. I felt completely as ease during my visit.

I got 2 teeth removed in October 2021 and the time I have had to wait to get my permanent plate is disgusting was in Friday to be told I will still have to wait u until end of may/June if I went private surprise surprise I would be seen the so much sooner

The receptionists are very friendly and helpful. The dentists at this practice understand how nervous I am and take my treatment very slowly.

I for a quick appointment. I was seen to very fast. I am happy with everything.

From my initial phone call an appointment was made quickly all questions / concerns I had during call was answered in professional and helpful manner . On arrival all covid rules were followed . I was seen promptly and my dentist was lovely !! She and her assistant were a calming influence ( I was gibbering gibber jabber with nerves lol . The treatment and upcoming appointments for what I needed was explained . The overall experience was first class and the premises were spotless ................. For some reason this was not posted .
