I treat clients based on results of postural and movement tests, current presenting symptoms and of course one's own subjective assessment, ie. what the client feels. A treatment will then use a combination of the above named techniques to get the best results in the long term by addressing presenting symptoms as well as their underlying causes. I also give aftercare advice to rebalance muscle function. I find this increases a client's awareness of their own body and enables them to participate in their rehabilitation.
