I'm With balance my hormones over 6 months, from the start they were nothing but helpful, everyone I spoke to has been great, from Mike, Dr Brink and a special mention to Sha(case manager) who has been checking in from day one to make sure everything is going well. Highly recommend BMH

I have been dealing with BMH for nearly a year now after three years of procrastinating about doing something about the way I was feeling and getting nowhere with the NHS. I have to say it's been the best decision I ever made. It's not been straightforward, but the team have worked hard to get me to the right place with my treatment and I can honestly say it's been life changing in many ways. I've been a client of Balance My Hormones for a little over 6 months now and their customer service, quality of care, and treatment has been second to none. Their approach to treatment is up to date and not the outdated stance used by the likes of the NHS, meaning you won't encounter the awful rollercoaster hormone ride that comes with that outdated treatment. Your treatment will be fine-tuned and optimized to you because they recognise that everyone is different and there is not a one shoe fits all approach. I’ve been using Balance my Hormones for about three years now. They have been nothing but excellent at helping me manage my testosterone levels. All the way through from the support team, to my main contact, and the doctor! It all came around by chance, but my friend suggested I have my testosterone levels checked, and they came back as super low. Plenty of good things about them, but plenty of average. Good: Doctor is great. If there are issues, they are typically resolved easily, and rapidly. Support staff are helpful. Not so good: Pharmacy orders. Wrong types, missing pieces, incorrect apparatus. Case managers. They will get on the call with you, and have no idea what the call is about, why you wanted to speak, and they won't have brought themselves up to speed with your profile. I cannot thank Balance My Hormones enough for giving me my life back. After being dismissed and ignored by NHS GPs, I was finally diagnosed with hypogonadism and swiftly got the treatment i needed from Balance My Hormones. Thank you so much.

After doing a lot of research on the various companies that offer TRT in the UK and speaking with Richard, I decided to go with Balance My Hormones and start TRT at 42. I have to say, this was one of the best decisions I've ever made, I feel fantastic, like I did back in my twenties. Balance my hormones can't have done enough for me. From first initial contact, they have been nothing but helpful. Always a friendly voice at the end of the phone, and all questions addressed to the fullest. I cannot thank them enough, especially Richard, where nothing was too big of an ask!

My experience so far has been out of this world, I am only 3 weeks into my treatment and I can’t believe I didn’t act sooner. The team are so supportive and the treatment has changed my life.

Easy company to deal with. A bit pricy and you need to keep a tab on what you have paid for but the customer service is so good that it’s never an issue.

My experience with TRT has been life changing, every aspect of my life has been improved, from sleep right through to mood and energy. I can’t recommend them enough, the biggest thing with them is personalised treatment and care, they have treated me as an individual and my symptoms specifically to me, this is something that I haven’t experienced from doctors before. Started this journey with BMH a few weeks ago and have just been approved for TRT therapy. Their procedures are thorough and re assuring and at no time did I feel or was I made to feel embarrassed when discussing the issues I was suffering. The Drs review was detailed and he took the time to explain my blood results and the benefits and (sometimes pitfalls) of TRT. The rational for prescribing the particular protocol suggested for me was fully explained and all my questions answered. The costs have been explained and nothing appears anything other than transparent. I have no experience of this process with any other company but I certainly feel no need to explore the procedure with anyone else have been given so much time and attention. My case manager Olly , has been helpful and tolerant when I thought I might have an issue ( I didn't, misunderstanding on my part). Professional and empathetic service. Happy to say my life has been changed by the treatment. Can’t recommend enough.

100 % changed my life. It is a Simple to use company with fantastic customer support system. Was apprehensive at 1st but how wrong I was once I knew they could help me. My Anxieties and depression is lots better amongst other symptoms. NHS failed me, and so did private spire hospitals. I opted to try BMH You won't be disappointed.
