only giving one star because it cant be lower. to say the customer service is disgusting is an understatement. my partner paid for a scan, ended up cancelling after reading the reviews and now the company refuses to answer the phone or reimburse her for the payment. this has been going for a month now. Have already reported the company to watchdog but wanted everyone to be very clear to stay well away from this company. Following on from the response from the business, who worryingly can't even do the simple thing of spelling my name correctly have told a COMPLETE LIE. We have received no refund at all. Their website allowed us to purchase a 4D baby scan in October which we wanted to gift to a friend. Post accepting payment, the system showed no appointments available anytime in the foreseeable future. Later noticed they are completely closed during Covid and not accepting bookings, but somehow their payment system had no issues taking payment from us. Tried calling/emailing them multiple times, every week since the booking, for a refund. Been close to a month now, and no refund has been issued. Lack of responsiveness and poor customer service. Would avoid. Ended up using another company that were more responsive and didn't have a misleading site.... (Show more)

Not even one star would be appropriate .... It has been more than 3 months since I have paid for my scan (Mid march) as they debit immediately, even before you can actually secure an appointment. And I have been trying to call, email since then and no one answers nor pick up the phone...I have even visited the 'clinic' this week but no one was there. The receptionnist for the whole building told me that they would call me back and I am still waiting... I have paid for a scan and I am still waiting for an appointment. This is absolutely unacceptable!!! I strongly advise everyone from booking a scan with this clinic, they are clearly taking advantages of pregnant women. I know this is not directly related to baby scans department, but as it is run by the same company I feel it is very relevant. My mother was referred to this clinic by her GP for an emergency breast ultrasound, as it was one of the only appointments available. The report came back; and to both of our relief she was assured nothing was wrong, i.e. she did not have the dreaded C word... Cancer. The following week my mother was still concerned and went back to her GP who told her to go get it checked out once more.... to both our horror the specialist could see with his naked eye something was wrong. Reports followed to back up the shocking reality that my mother had breast cancer. A week later she is in hospital having her breast removed and as I write this going through chemo. I am not writing this for a sympathy vote in any shape or form, but with the strong intention that this does not happen to anyone else. I strongly push the fact that it could be a very different story if she had not gone for another scan; I dread to think the harsh reality and repercussions for my my family. But to make matters worse, the clinic had the audacity to send my mother an email after her operation to say they STAND BY THE RESULTS. I am in utter shock and simply disgusted at the way this situation has been dealt with by the clinic. To blatantly ignore the fact that their results were not only misleading but had the potential of my mother leading her life in a false sense of health, eventually leading to critical repercussions, is just beyond my comprehension. This company is one of the worst and most irresponsible! Despite the place being clean, the staff was not friendly at all, the scan was all rushed, even though we couldn’t see the baby’s face, she still asked us to leave without giving us the opportunity to make a complaint. After seeing the quality of the pictures, we wanted to call back for our “free” appointment, they never answered the phones or replied to the emails. Do not go here! I was supposed to attend this clinic for a surprise scan for my husband as a birthday present. We were on our way to London for the scan the next morning. I rang in the afternoon just to confirm our appointment and I was told “oh, all our appointments are cancelled for tomorrow!” I had NO email NO phone call NOTHING! The person on the end of the phone said they would call me back I have still heard NOTHING. When I try to call the phone just rings and no one answers. I am so distraught as this was a very special occasion! To say I am upset with the service is an understatement! This is not how a pregnant lady should be treated!... (Show more)

Horrible place..do not recomend

4d hd?really! Waste of money. Can't even tell whats on pictures

My daughter was in the wrong position during the scan, so no picture of the face was produced. That would be fine, but instead of giving up, they attempted to get pictures for over an hour. My wife was then in pain for the next day. We paid top dollar for this scan, but they wanted even more money to do another scan. The correct thing to do would have been to abandon the scan once it was sure that our daughter was in the wrong position. Instead, we were kept there way too long, then told that we can rebook. then we found out that they want another £80 for another scan, which is basically the full price at most other scanning clinics. Do yourself a favour, go to a proper medical establishment with actual doctors.... (Show more)
