2 words to describe Cara, simply brilliant. I have taken all 3 of her course with both my babies and they and I have loved every minute of them. While the classes are beneficial for both you and the baby, they are also a great way to meet other mums and share experiences. I highly recommend Cheeky Squeaks.

Cara is so lovely and whatever class you do you feel instantly comfortable in. I did pregnancy yoga, baby massage and baby yoga, all of which had a great balance of chat and activity. Cara creates a great atmosphere, lovely and calm while also providing honesty and lots of giggles. Would highly recommend!

I attended pregnancy yoga, baby massage and baby yoga and found all the classes brilliant! Very enjoyable for mums and babies, those classes saved my sanity some days! :) they’re a great way to meet other new mums and my daughter loved the massage and baby yoga and being around other babies too!

I can't recommend Cheeky Squeaks (i.e. Cara) highly enough! We attended the baby massage classes when my daughter was 6 weeks old, followed by many months of baby yoga classes. Cara is so welcoming and friendly, and she creates such a lovely, relaxed environment. My daughter and I loved the classes. I especially enjoyed the tea, biscuits and chats at the end of class.. they are a great way to meet other mums. Hopefully I'll get the opportunity to attend the classes again in the future :-)... I can’t recommend cara’s classes enough...I did baby massage (twice 😊) and baby yoga and the friday mornings in stocking lane were the high point of my week while on maternity leave. The classes are a wonderful way to spend time with your baby but almost as important is the companionship and support of the other mums and Cara herself. I’d love to have that time back again...enjoy!!... (Show more)

I highly recommend Cheeky Squeaks, I have attended classes since 2015; pregnancy yoga, baby massage and numerous terms of baby yoga with both of my babies. Cara's classes are so enjoyable and I really looked forward to my Friday mornings with Cara at Cheeky Squeaks during my maternity leave.

I went to Cara for pregnancy yoga and then baby massage. Cara has created a wonderful environment in her classes, so enjoyable and relaxing! I had never done yoga before her class and the stretches and breathing exercises definitely helped! The baby yoga was just a great anything go's class, great chat and tea and biccies too! Would highly recommend both!... (Show more)

My baby and I went to Cheeky Squeaks for baby massage classes and baby yoga classes. We loved it so much we ended up doing classes for 8 months 😀 Cara is amazing! Not only is it a great class for my baby it was great for me as I met lots of other mammies to chat to and share any worries I had. Highly recommend and look forward to returning!

So far I have attended pregnancy yoga with Cara, but I am enjoying it so much that I hope to bring baby along to future classes when he or she arrives. The class is lovely - it's gentle enough to be really enjoyable, but the stretches and poses really help along the way through pregnancy, as baby and bump increase in size!
