Went in for a root canal, the dental assistant put the gum boot on my tooth after it was drilled out cracking it, tried to tell them they broke my tooth n I didn’t feel like I should have to pay for the cap all to be ignored… there’s a lot better clinics out there in my opinion. Obviously they could see my tooth was not cracked prior to them doing work on it via xray stay away !! Half my tooth is after breaking away now from the crack forward but they still want to charge me 1200 for a cap lol... (Show more)

The receptionist here are down right rude !!!

I went to them due to a tooth pain and to have my upper back denture adjusted. Over a period of six weeks they said I required a new back upper and lower denture. By the time they took nine x-rays they found a few small cavities. They charged me $4995.00 for their work. The upper back denture needed an adjustment after four weeks and I was charged $179.00 though the adjustment was not correct. The tooth that was needed for the upper denture has since crumbled. The only thing they seem to know how to do is run up the costs and take x-rays. I would never recommend them to anyone.... (Show more)

I went for wisdom tooth extraction on December 27th. After a good battle my dentist told me my tooth broke and piece was left inside, he was going to leave the broken piece inside. I told him I’m not comfortable with the idea, I think he got upset and was very aggressive trying to find the broken piece. He suggested I remove all my wisdom teeth, I said after this horrifying incident I don’t think I ever want to come to dentist again. Fast forward to January 4th, I have dry socket and infection on all my left side, I can’t eat, I can’t open my mouth at all. It’s been 8 days and my condition hasn’t improved, it’s only getting worse day by day. I went for follow up on January 3rd and the front desk asked me to pay since it’s not the same dentist. At this point I made my conclusion that this clinic doesn’t care about patients’ well being, they’re here to make profit and profit only. I was with this clinic for 15 years and I’m very disappointed on how I was treated and how much I’m struggling with my surgery. Please choose a dentist that actually cares about your well-being and not how much money they can make out of you. January 10th I ended up in the emergency and had an emergency surgery the same day. I almost lost my life due to malpractice of this clinic. I went twice for follow-up and was never diagnosed that I had abscess or infection that was developing each day, instead I was sent home with more antibiotics each visit. I was heavily medicated to feel the pain. January 25th, I am slowly recovering however I still can not open my mouth properly and bite. I might have permanent damage on my jaw. The scar from the surgery will be permanent and remind me of the pain and struggles I went through this 3 weeks. I don't intent to ruin Azarko's reputation by my review, but I almost lost my life, I don't wish anyone else to go through what I have experienced, it was painful not only for me but my whole family.... Waste of time, had appointment booked for 2 months and they call to cancel a week before. No reason. Avoid avoid avoid

Brett York is rude and not professional by any standards. Highly unprofessional dental clinic. Book 3 months in advance only for my time to be wasted by the dentist. It's as if wasting time for a patient is not of their concern . Do not recommend.

DON'T GO TO THESE DENTIST'S, THEY RUINED MY LIFE. No dentist should ever recommend someone pull all their teeth yet that's exactly what this office did to me. After not sleeping three days this dentist talked me into pulling my last 13 good teeth because I'm not an ideal patient. Because of losing my teeth I lost my partner, my self esteem basically my life. I should have sued so I could get implants but I was so depressed for 3 years I couldn't function. These dentist's have no moral compass what so ever. They RUINED my life! Trust me. GO ANYWHERE ELSE!... (Show more)

KC is the least knowledgeable, least caring dental assistant I've ever had the displeasure of going to. After a tooth extraction I had a post op done, I could tell there was shards of my tooth still stick inside of my gums. Upon my visit she told me that nothing was there and that it was my jawbone? Then why did I remove 5 shards of tooth from my gums earlier this afternoon. If you visit here, I would recommend refusing KC as your dental assistant. Sherry is the rudest person you could ever have answering your telephone.. called this morning to ask a question im put on hold within the first 3 seconds why even answer it ... then my question dont get answered & i gets told that im not worthy to talk too because there is 3 other people on hold... what happens when someone walks into ur business and knocks this lady out for being rude . She works for the PUBLIC she has No bussiness working there as rude as she is ..do better with hiring process thats without a doubt ..... (Show more)

They „fixed“ my tooth, now it aches A LOT and because my doctor is on vacation, I have to pay them, so they can fix their mistake or „you can wait for 2-3 weeks, until your doctor returns and we’ll fix it for free“.
