Maria is extremely warm and welcoming , she put me at ease straight away. I received acupuncture and reflexology for anxiety and depression. I left the the session feeling a lot more relaxed and peaceful. I would highly recommend !

Maria is the kindest, gentlest practitioner I ever gone to. I’m 7 months pregnant and have been going to her for the last 2 months for combined reflexology and acupuncture. I love each appointment and leave so relaxed and at ease. I hope to continue with her until long after the baby is born! She is also excellent to communicate with for appointments times etc. thoroughly recommend Update- I am still going to Maria-due date is tomorrow! At 34 weeks, my baby was breech-Maria did the moxi treatment and by my next appointment, baby had turned! We have now just started this week acupuncture to induce labour. I have been suffering from shingles and post nerve pain since early October. My sleep had been disturbed due to heat and itching. It was really unpleasant and meant I had to take heavy medicine to knock myself out. After one session with Maria I already felt huge benefits. The heat was gone and felt only very mild itching. I slept for 8 hours solid, the first in 3 months and I achieved this without the amithryptline which my doctor had recommended. I really felt that even after one session I turned a significant corner. I am leaving the medicines behind and keeping to more session with Maria’s Accupuncture and herbal medicine. Maria also very kindly gave me an overall diagnosis of areas that I need to look at and recommended foods that could help my overall condition. I had my first visit with Maria last weekend and it was fabulous from start to finish! Maria is such a warm, friendly, welcoming lady. I would highly recommend Maria, she was very kind and made me feel super comfortable. I’d been experiencing a lot of pain in my leg and after this session the pain had lessened significantly. I had my first session of Reflexology and Acupuncture with Maria yesterday. I am 28 weeks pregnant and was hoping for someone experienced which is exactly what I got. Firstly, the environment, the space is absolutely serene, spotless and fab and for me that adds to the experience. Secondly, Maria is so experienced and my session was divine. I would highly recommend Ayurveda Dublin. Maria is very welcoming and caring and the treatment room is a calming space. I have been twice for a mixture of acupuncture and reflexology to help with pregnancy systems. The treatments have been great and have also helped in calming my anxiety around pregnancy/labour.

I visit this clinic once a week, I have already had acupuncture and reflexology twice. The procedure lasted an hour, I got a great result. Before the appointment, the doctor consulted me, everything was professional. During the procedure, Maria constantly asks about my condition, she is always very polite and friendly.
