Fantastic surgeon and nice staff who were patient and answered everything! Good follow-up! I have only good things to say about these people!

Had to redo the whole operation 3 times! There were far too many complications and errors in the procedures meant that I lost the nerve impulses in my forehead, problems with my vision +++ So my surgeon in Stockholm had a lot to correct. Find another clinic - that's my advice!

My review is "long overdue", but better late than never. From the first phone call to the follow-up after the intervention, Aviva Helse, Halfdan Vier Simensen and the whole team get top marks. Everyone comes across as highly experienced and professional, but with warmth and humour. They take the time to listen and give clear advice and share their own opinions and experiences in an honest way. I felt very well looked after and seen through the whole process. I stopped by for two small adjustments - never any discussion about this, only a genuine desire to deliver the best result. I visited several other clinics for a consultation about the same procedure, and Aviva Helse was chosen on the basis of 1) impression of the surgeon who was to carry out the procedure (clear advice, created security, showed previous results, took his time, seemed interested in my problem ) 2) general impression of the rest of the team (reception, follow-up, warmth, ability to make me feel cared for and welcome) 3) price - which was somewhat lower than e.g. Academy Clinic and Aleris. Fantastic new premises, clean and beautiful. Pleasant staff & very pleased with the result of the work done.

Dr. Simensen was the only plastic surgeon in Norway who was willing to treat our 3 year old son for urgent facial surgery. We could not be more appreciative of his kindness, skills and professionalism he extended to our son. The care he provided was definitely one of the best one could find. As parents, who are also physicians from the United States, we are acutely aware of how lucky we are to have found such a intelligent, appropriate, and caring physician and medical practice. The Aviva clinic is very modern and very well run. We would certainly feel very confident to recommend it to anyone in need of plastic surgery. Have had a number of surgeries at Aviva, everything from botox, laser, liposuction of the chin, stomach & back. Always been extremely satisfied with results, service, information etc. Both myself, my sister and many friends have been to aviva for various treatments and everyone has been more than satisfied! We are 2 ladies from Drøbak who got an appointment today 12/9 for a consultation at 16:00. Waited for 90 minutes.... Had to leave because this was taking too long. Half a day of lost profit and no consultation. This is simply too bad..... This has nothing to do with "net trolls" ....

Was received absolutely fantastically and got a good price as several things need to be restored 😊 Really looking forward to this! Also felt no coercion or persuasion as many other surgeons insist on doing to make more money. Got honest answers.

Was at the new Aviva clinic in Vinderen, had lashes done by Magda, is super satisfied. Incredibly good concept with everything within health and well-being. An absolutely beautiful oasis at Vinderen. Well done Aviva!
