Useless never got blood test results tried to get password for online booking appointments nobody knows where, secretaries rude
I started calling at 8.00am as it struck to the very second... it took me 230 calls before I got put on the waiting queue at number 10... needed an urgent appointment... lucky to get one at 5pm but not with a doctor... this place is terrible
I attended this surgery for a vasectomy and the team there were very down to earth and professional which is exactly what you need such circumstances, they did a cracking job start to finish and even gave me a lollipop for the journey home lol. Thank you to all of you. Anyone going in for the same reason, you're in safe hands. Not even needed a bag of peas. The only thing I would say, as I notice it's on the reviews alot, I don't know who handles the phone calls, but I needed some info prior to attending, and was third in the queue when I called, but it did take 20 minutes before anyone answered, guess they are just very busy. So might be worth walking down there if your close by instead.... (Show more)
This place is run by a bunch of clowns. The level of illogical practices that they have in place just wastes time, money, and resources. Literally your only options for getting and appointment are to try âfastest finger firstâ when calling at 7:59am just to get in the queue to speak to someone. Most of the time it says the queue is full and you get hung up on. So then they say to call after 10am. So three times throughout the day I call, and 8-10 people in the queue. At 4:30pm it took over one hour to speak to a receptionist to tell me that they have no appointments, try again at 8am. Round and round in their vicious little circle. If the appointment was for me, fine, Iâll deal with it. When itâs for a 17 week old baby who cannot sleep because of constant pain, scratching, and not gaining weight, no one has the common sense to just find 15 mins the following day for him to be seen. Honestly the level of care in this country is shambolic. The thing is, they all blame under-staffing, and under-funding, but quite clearly the biggest issue is that these practices are being run by truly idiotic people who have no idea how they can save time and streamline whilst providing a better service. It just requires more competent management and better processes in place to stop the insane amount of wasted time. It needs people who have empathy and a better way of thinking to get things done. As I mentioned, for the majority, itâs just what we have to deal with; but when itâs regarding babies, or elderly, there needs to be far more compassion and a willingness to do things differently. I guess they are proud of their 2* rating. Iâve held off writing reviews in the past as I know the level of pressure they face, but it itâs just downright incompetence that leads to the problems they have, then there is nowhere to hide... Staggeringly incompetent and entirely inexcusable. Despite numerous complaints I see no improvement.
I registered with Audley Mills Surgery 3 years ago when moving to the area. I can honestly say that I have always received first class care from every member of the team. I use their PATCHES online system for all non-urgent medical enquires and requests and have always received a response and appropriate treatment within 24 hours, as was the case today. The GP's, Practice Nurse, Pharmacist, Practice manager, Secretaries, Reception and admin staff have always been warm, caring, responsive and knowledgeable and have provided my care in a timely way. Thank you.... (Show more)
Once you've actually got your appointment which is a nightmare the Drs have been very good to me and i would recommend them
Rayleigh has become a laughing stock because of this surgery. Ring up repeatedly from 7:55 only to finally get through to the automated call system and be told our lines are too busy please try again later and then there are no appointments. Seeing your GP is supposed to alleviate stress however this practice inflicts further stress just trying to get an appointment. Anyone who finds this comment resonates with them, remember this is a Tory made system designed to push us all on to crippling private health care. Vote them out and fix this broken country!!!!... Unbelievably poor service, I work nights so you can imagine how difficult it is to get an appointment for my daughter. When we eventually do I'm amazed at the amount of Dr's practicing. How many people are sick? Been on the phone now for 50mins and number 1 in the queue for 35 mins! Average gp salary ÂŁ111,900 (excluding partners) and they'll just Google your symptoms or book you an appointment with a nurse that knows nothing about your condition. Looks like we're all paying in someway or another for the cost of lock down crisis. I bet they'd have us in tomorrow should we need a BS COVID VACCINE!! Absolutely pathetic. I received an excellent service from Audley Mills this week. Thanks Dr Genthe and the ladies in Education centre for blood tests, much appreciated.
Virtually impossible to get an appointment. When you can the diagnosis is somewhat vague.
Great service at the front desk staff very attentive. I registered today after just moving to the area and they managed to book me an emergency appointment in under 30 minutes. Would recommend
I thought I would share my experience of both Physio Steve and Muscular/Skeletal expert Nina. Both have taken their time to both examine, diagnose and treat me with expertise and professionalism. I understand the practice have more patients than they can deal with and not enough staff, which causes frustration - but thatâs not their fault so be kind.
Receptionist was lovely when we went into the surgery, helped my husband obtain a phone appointment with the GP he wanted to speak to about his test results. GP was happy to spend time explaining and discussing the results.
I've been calling up at 8am now for over 2 months and never get an appointment. They turned away my therapist as my address is out dated. I struggle to motivate myself to do anything where I suffer with something horrible, probably heavy depression after everything this country has put me through.
I've lived in Rayleigh for 45 years, and all I can say is this surgery is the worst it's ever been. Today's example of exceptional service is..... They've lost all record of my 9 year old son's prescription for his Asthma pump which he's been getting from this surgery almost all his life! All record of it has disappeared into thin air, and as a result he can not get the pump he desperately needs. The best the receptionist can offer (aside from acting like it's our mistake, with no sign of an apology whatsoever) is he needs to see a doctor. Ok, when's the next appointment? that would be in one week. Great, thanks for the help! Only alternative is to queue up at 8am tomorrow to get an appointment for some time later in the day, where we go back so they can sort out 'their' mistake. This surgery is a disgrace. Surely she could have passed this to a doctor and they could have rectified the issue and called us instead. Something tells me the receptionist is not going to win any customer services awards this year!!! Update 16/01/21 Despite the frustrations with this surgery previously, I have to say the treatment I received from Dr C Lewis recently was outstanding. Fortunate to get an opppointment via System Online, I saw him the next day and he diagnosed a serious problem instantly, and referred me to Southend Hospital where the treatment was second to none. If he hadn't have acted so quickly things may have been very different. I've up'd my rating to 3 to give a balanced view of both experiences. Certainly one extreme to the other. A personal thanks to Dr Lewis who is kind, professional, very experienced, and for sure the superstar of the surgery.... (Show more)
I just wanted to say a massive ââthank youâ for the care my mum has received recently and always from this surgery. Yvonne, on reception, has been so kind and caring. Steve the physio helped mum with the pain in her leg, Dr Saville, Dr OâKeefe and Dr Whitear have been so kind and so thorough dealing with mumâs chest infection. She could not have been cared for any better. Thank you all so much.... (Show more)
Have been with the surgery for almost 2 years now and find them fantastic. All the doctors I have met have been so good.
Although my appointment was running late, I do not feel at all rushed and left feeling I was being looked after and had everything explained clearly. Thank you Doctor Jairon
I canât thank Audley Mills enough for all of their support. All of the doctors I have ever seen/spoken with are compassionate and understanding doing their upmost to help and give you the time needed without feeling rushed. The admin team do a great job despite the pressure and workload on them. I find the system of being able to send messages through system online really effective and have always received the necessary support. Thank you... (Show more)
