All in all disappointing and unprofessional. The intake started off very trusting and gave a professional impression, but in practice this was very disappointing due to several points. 1. Day of surgery, big one arguments among the staff. Screams can be heard as you wait anxiously in the pre-operative room in your operating gown. This will make you less relaxed during the operation. 2. After the operation you will receive an 'emergency number that would be available 24 hours'. My abdomen and trunk swelled a lot more than would appear normal. I wasn't sure if this was right. You then think I'll call the emergency number to get specialist advice. Unfortunately not available, called more than 10 times!! The worst part is that the manager himself indicated that he was on duty that evening. No call back the next day either. I then emailed myself and was given a prescription for antibiotics. 3. After 6 months you will be called for a check-up. I come to the inspection and unfortunately again an unprofessional impression. In the room where the inspection takes place there is a laundry rack on which towels and the like are dried. The surgeon who did the check asked how things were going. I expressed my frustration at how things turned out to which I didn't really get any sympathy and only I will pass it on. Barely looked at the treated area. Tshirt was out for 1 minute and he said I don't know the situation because I haven't treated you, I'll just get the tablet. Then after looking at the photos he didn't look anymore and I was outside again in 5 minutes. (Probably because I asked I would like to speak to your boss to share my experience) 5. During the conversation I will also be asked whether I should call for a second appointment 12 months after surgery? Isn't this part of the aftercare that a date is discussed? that I will be called? 6. After I expressed frustration with the emergency number, I no longer had a normal conversation. Somewhere an insulted impression or no attitude in the situation. In short, for me personally, an unprofessional party that does not fully realize what their everyday work can be exciting for the patient and expects good professional aftercare. Shame.... I am very satisfied with the liposuction treatment and am happy with the good care I received in the clinic! I didn't feel like a number at all, they took their time with you, listened to your wishes and I was guided through the operation with a pleasant feeling. Super thanks!

Recently had liposuction, already super satisfied! During my first conversation, everything was explained clearly and honestly to me. The expectations are explained in a no-nonsense manner. They couldn't tell a better story and explained to me well what I could expect. I came in with a certain image in my head. But it was also realistic after 2 children. My skin is no longer optimal. Thanks to good liposuction, massages and training, my expectations were exceeded. I am now doing a lot of sports. I'm finally motivated now that I'm starting to see results. I do the massages myself. I have been well supervised by the operating team. The doctor was very reassuring and sweet. I'm now halfway through my recovery and I'm already happy! I can't wait to see my final results.
