I cannot thank Ms. Naciye and her assistant, Ms. Cemile, enough for helping me get through my first dentist experience fearlessly and smoothly. Everyone I talk to says that root canal treatment is difficult and I am surprised. Because contrary to what is said; I had a very easy and enjoyable treatment process, thanks to Ms. Naciye's light hands and her informing me about the procedure she applied. I am writing on behalf of Ms. Fatma and myself. We had treatment for 2 people. Although I am very pleased with our doctor Mr. Gürkan, I would like to share the problems we experienced in organization and communication. *One of the problems was that we were kept waiting for every appointment we went to. After waiting for 2 hours on the first day, the patient admission staff argued with us in a very unpleasant manner when they took another patient between our appointments, and in the next appointments, if we were lucky, we entered our appointments 15-20 hours late. *One of the treatments was an aesthetic filling as a result of a broken front tooth. The filling they made broke twice, but they were only successful on the third time. *Their last and biggest mistake was that they said that almost a month after I installed the zirconium crown on the implant, they realized that they had placed the crown on porcelain. Thank you, they would replace it if I wanted it, but they would refund my money if I did not want it, and they told me not to think of it as a mistake (I still haven't found out what I should think of it as). I lost the time and trust. I don't know how they will compensate. I couldn't find any mistakes in the laboratory manager, the dentist who installed the teeth, or those who installed porcelain teeth and paid zirconium money. They have no business follow-up, we do not recommend it to anyone, do not visit. We had treatment for 2 people.
