Incredibly DISAPPOINTING. Before travelling from the province, I called the hotline to confirm the availability of ultrasound services, where I was assured of a 24/7 walk-in option. However, upon arriving at the radiology department, I was informed that MSK ultrasound required scheduling with a doctor, contradicting the initial information provided. HORRIBLE!!! WE WAITED FOR 6 HOURS BEFORE MY HUSBAND'S ULTRASOUND COULD BE DONE. (IN THE 4TH HOUR, WE WERE ALREADY VERY IMPATIENT AND CONTEMPLATED ON GOING HOME, BUT SAID, "HEY, WE'VE ALREADY WAITED THIS LONG, MIGHT AS WELL PUSH THROUGH WITH IT." SO WE DID. HAD WE KNOWN WE'D SPEND MORE THAN 10 HOURS HERE, WE WOULD HAVE LEFT ALREADY!) NO ONE TOLD MY HUSBAND HE NEEDED A FULL BLADDER FOR THE ULTRASOUND SO HE HAD TO DRINK LOTS OF WATER AND WAIT FOR THE URGE TO URINATE. OH, BUT BEFORE HE WAS ALLOWED TO DRINK WATER, WE HAD TO FIRST WAIT FOR CONFIRMATION FROM THE DOCTOR. RESULTS WERE OUT AND EXPLAINED IN THE 8TH HOUR. Being admitted to this hospital is like staying in a hotel. It's very convenient and I'm very happy with my stay in this hospital.

Hands down, the Hospital is one of the best in the country, hence you need to expect to pay a premium price for their services. However, don't expect premium services from the support departments like Radiology. For example I was scheduled for CT scan at 11 am but got pushed back so much that I got attended to only around 5pm, i had to wait 'fasted' for nearly 24 hours. The saddest part was that I had scheduled this two weeks in advance and I was already present one hour early for the procedure.Talk about poor planning and abysmal patient care.... (Show more)

RADIOLOGY DEPARTMENT NURSE BETH - SHE WAS VERY ACCOMMODATING AND DID THE IV RIGHT THIS TIME. NO PAIN EXPERCIENCED DURING THE IV INSERTION AND CONTRAST DYEING THE PROCEDURE. GOOD JOB NURSE BETH NURSE BLESSING- SHE HAS ALWAYS BEEN MY FAVORITE RADIOLOGY NURSE SINCE YEARS BACK. I ASKED FOR HER BUT SHE WAS ON A DIFFERENT SHIFT. Best hospital in the south! Hoping that it can be more affordable for everyone else ( pricey but hotel like services). Always choose Asian for the health issues of me and my family, highly recommend it. Things that they can improve is probably too make the er lesser cold. Its too cold during our stay. Also too long wait time before getting transferred to our room from the er but I think it just because during our stay they are full and we waited for the available room.
