This premiere hospital in the south provides everything that lives up to their status..nothing is short of excellent.

Incredibly DISAPPOINTING. Before travelling from the province, I called the hotline to confirm the availability of ultrasound services, where I was assured of a 24/7 walk-in option. However, upon arriving at the radiology department, I was informed that MSK ultrasound required scheduling with a doctor, contradicting the initial information provided. This is a critique of Dr. Maria Isabel Samaniego, who displays a highly discourteous demeanor. Unfortunately, my wife, who is still unwell, finds it difficult to cope with her unpleasant temperament, resulting in tears. Dr. Samaniego even raised her voice at her secretary in my wife's presence due to her frustration. My wife felt as though she was the one being shouted at. Overwhelmed with emotions, my wife left in tears without obtaining her medical certificate. Despite paying the professional fee, my wife has made the decision to discontinue any further follow-up appointments with Dr. Samaniego and seek the assistance of a different doctor at another hospital.... The cashier in OPD was very rude. She’s very unprofessional and she doesn’t know what she’s doing. I was scheduled for a radiation that day and I already have all my document including my pre-approved HMO, after submitting it to her she said that I was not illegible for a full covered of HMO. What the heck she’s talking about I was approved with full coverage prior to that day and she’s telling that I wasnt approved. Having been in the ER of Asian Hospital several times, I found it a clean haven, shining and reassuring. It was cold, though; warmer patient areas would be nice. The staff, especially the nurses, were incredibly kind and helpful, even the security guards. Doctor visits were quick and efficient, but wait times were typical. Overall, Asian Hospital excels in care and kindness. Highly recommended, but bring a sweater!... (Show more)

One of the topnotch hospitals in the metro. Facilities here are also complete. The one thing I don’t like about this hospital is their limited parking space. Please consider parking your car in Festival Mall or other nearby establishments. As their parking space can get full pretty quick.

Hands down, the Hospital is one of the best in the country, hence you need to expect to pay a premium price for their services. However, don't expect premium services from the support departments like Radiology. For example I was scheduled for CT scan at 11 am but got pushed back so much that I got attended to only around 5pm, i had to wait 'fasted' for nearly 24 hours. The saddest part was that I had scheduled this two weeks in advance and I was already present one hour early for the procedure.Talk about poor planning and abysmal patient care.... (Show more)

This is our 3rd time to be admitted since Feb. The first time schedules went like.clockwork. Doctors and nurses and staff were great and efficient. The 2nd time we were stuck in ER for 8 hours because they could.not get a rm in ICU. While in ICU we had to source blood at 230am?Several volunteers came in, but they were told to wait for call back after screening. People who traveled all the way to Alabang from far away places and left their work.3rd time,we were stuck at ER this time 33 hrs.The ER staff were efficient and deserves commendation.From ICU to telemetry then back to ICU, then telemetry the waiting has been agonizing.Schedules for services were not.coordinated. so overlap would occur.Y esterday we missed cardiac rehab due to this. The doctors are great.with nurses you would.know the seasoned vs newbies in telemetry? Hopefully we can get discharged soon and.not suffer in the outpatient rehab and dialysis. RADIOLOGY DEPARTMENT NURSE BETH - SHE WAS VERY ACCOMMODATING AND DID THE IV RIGHT THIS TIME. NO PAIN EXPERCIENCED DURING THE IV INSERTION AND CONTRAST DYEING THE PROCEDURE. GOOD JOB NURSE BETH NURSE BLESSING- SHE HAS ALWAYS BEEN MY FAVORITE RADIOLOGY NURSE SINCE YEARS BACK. I ASKED FOR HER BUT SHE WAS ON A DIFFERENT SHIFT. Being admitted to this hospital is like staying in a hotel. It's very convenient and I'm very happy with my stay in this hospital.
