Scheduled in advance only to find out they didn’t encode it in their system. Told me I’d have to come back some other time.
We got here at 10:45 AM because we were asked to be here by 11:10 AM for a 12:10 PM appointment. Still here and it’s past 4:00 PM. They don’t care about their customers’ time. This place is way worse than public hospitals. Not to mention they are NOT even affordable. DON’T EVEN THINK ABOUT COMING HERE.... (Show more)
I had my PRK here under Dr. Robert Ang. I didn't expect that this clinic can get really full of patients every day. I had good results from my operation but I'm quite disappointed that the whole process was quite impersonal. I felt I was just a number. I doubt anyone working there would recognize me if they see me in the streets.... (Show more)
I arrived 30 mins early as advised by the clinic. The time was used to do preliminary screening (I had two eye exams) and to confirm the patient information form that I filled up online before the visit. The doctor finally got to see me which was earlier than the appointed time. The doctor was very informative and explained everything and all the options available to me. Place was clean, cool, and with a choice of either chairs or sofas. Everyone on the staff including guards were professional and courteous.... (Show more)
I can't believe this is a famous eye clinic in the Philippines. Doctors who only accept cash. A scene of tax evasion. Doctors can still tolerate it. employees at work. The cashiers and information staff are really... making me laugh... This proves that this country is an underdeveloped country.
Good doctors but terrible scheduling. They will ask you to show up 35 minutes before your appointment, but you might wait more than an hour to see your doctor. From now on I'm just going to show up at the time of the appointment (and will still probably have to wait).
I had a visit and after a long wait the doctor saw my eyes simply saying that I don't have cataracts and he prescribed me some drops to lubricate my eye, without even checking if I'm nearsighted or astigmatic (problem I know I have but which the doctor completely ignored and which I certainly shouldn't have suggested because when you go to the doctor you are expected to find the problem), had I known earlier I would have avoided going to pay for this service and the drops for the eyes that give me no benefit. So honest reviews are welcome so that we can only give value to those who do this work in a detailed and scrupulous way. Now I expect they can do something to change my opinion of them, and I will be willing to amend the review to honestly describe the quality of their service.... (Show more)
Do not go here. They just want your money... They really don't care for their patients. My in-law has a risk now of going blind because of them.
Located at 9th Floor of PHINMA Plaza Bldg. Anyone can trusts the best ophthalmologist based on the Completion Degree Certificates displayed in the corner near Information Center. There are two ways to be afraid: Standing at the Edge of Tempered glass high rise building, or call for eye treatment. Laser is commonly used for alternative eye correction surgery. Excellent place for eye care. My mother nearly went blind however, the doctors are super quick to act and get the necessary procedures done to save the her vision.
The best eye clinic!
Thank you to Dr. Sharlene Noguera and her team for taking good care of my visual problems. Thank you, Asian Eye Institute-ROCKWELL for having such a friendly Optical staff willing to help you with whatever you need.
I paid for the higher cost option for cateract intra ocular lens surgery for both eyes a few months ago. The first eye was operated on by Dr Ang himself, and it was good. Then, on the second eye, he had a newbie surgeon to do it. Right after the surgery, I noticed that second eye was much blurrier than the first one. The blurry is more pronounced during the day and when there a multiple light sources. I suspect the newbie did not remove the old lens properly, leaving an uneven surface.... (Show more)

Good place to get your eyes check.
Best in eye problems. Personnels treat patients with respect and cortesy.
Had my eye check-up. Lots of patients at this time. Appointment is a must.
Very unprofessional. Because of how unprofessional they are–especially the secretary, my mother’s eyes worsened.
In our day & age, there is quite some shadiness in only accepting cash for doctor fees (whereas everything else can be paid by other means)...bureaucracy here is cumbersome, apparently one can't just change doctors freely! ...not to mention that exams are actually not done by the doctor you book but by interns although they do charge you the doctor fee! I felt my time being very disrespected and most definitely will not be coming back! your institute can and should be doing better!...... (Show more)
Are there any ophthalmologists who speak Chinese?
