Dr Linda Williams
Doctor Linda Williams graduated in medicine from the University of Queensland with a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery in 1985.?She worked at the Mater and Brisbane Hospitals as well as St Marys in London. Dr Linda gained her Fellowship in The Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP) and a Diploma in Sexual and Reproductive Medicine in 1994. After five years working in general practice, and eight years as a surgical assistant for Plastic, Cosmetic and Orthopaedic Surgeons in Brisbane, Dr Linda opened the Artisan Cosmetic and Rejuvenation Clinic in 2002. In 2009 she became a member of ACCS [Australian College of Cosmetic Surgery (Medical)] and completed a Diploma in Cosmetic Medicine. She has been a member of the CPSA [Cosmetic Physicians Society of Australasia] since 2002. Dr Linda has since become a national and international trainer in anti-wrinkle treatments and dermal fillers
Dr Cathy Gaulton
She holds a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery from the University of Queensland and FRACGP specialty qualifications. In addition to 14 years in General Practice, she has a decade of experience in aesthetic medicine. She is known for her advanced skills in dermal fillers, wrinkle injections and skin revision therapies – providing a holistic and sustainable approach to achieving natural-looking facial rejuvenation results. Her expertise is called upon regularly to train doctors and nurses internationally, in best practice cosmetic injectables techniques. She is a member of AMA, RACGP, CPSA, ACCS and OSSANZ.
Ms Jacqueline Hawgood
She joined Artisan Cosmetic and Rejuvenation Clinic in 2011. She previously worked as an Events Manager for 8 years. Prior to this, she was a counter Manager for a prestigious international cosmetic line and has since returned to the aesthetic industry. From guiding our team and supporting optimal client care - through to creating the experiences you enjoy in clinic and facilitating the day to day running of our practice, her expertise is utilised in every aspect of the clinic's management. With her customer service and time management skills, you are guaranteed to get exceptional service at Artisan.

I booked well in advance for a treatment that has a two week downtime. I had to have the treatment by the day I had booked so it had time to heal in time for a function I am holding. Upon arrival, they informed me they were unable to do it. I have been to this clinic before, so they had my full medical history. Upon arrival (not before I made the trip to get there, or when I made the appointment) I was told I have a medical condition (that they were aware of) that did not allow them to perform the procedure. I have had this procedure before at a different clinic. That type of 'service' is unacceptable. Not only do I have to rebook at another clinic and wait for an appointment, my skin will now be at it's worse for my event. HIGHLY RECOMMEND for others to GO ELSEWHERE to avoid the same disappointment and a inconvenience.... (Show more)
The clinic is beautiful and very welcoming. I had injectables with the most lovely nurse, she was very professional! I will be returning and would highly recommend!
The staff admit to not even remembering clients once they leave the clinic. Was quoted $500 for a session on cool scupting & almost forced to come in... then was told it was actually $5000. Poor service, poor staff manner. Theres 100 of these clinics in Brisbane.... be sure to go elsewhere
Recently enjoyed my first treatment with Nurse Kristy whose impressive level of knowledge and professionalism had me feeling at ease from start to finish. Beyond pleased with my results and will definitely be returning to visit Kristy and the rest of the helpful team at the clinic.
I had the most painful, horrible experience with their astronomically priced Fraxel treatment. I have had laser therapy previously to remove a sun spot so anticipated the treatment would be more intense, but similar to that experience. They rushed me through the pre-reading information, none of which mentioned the extreme pain I would be in. Then popped a Dr. on facetime so they could get permission to put some numbing cream on my face. This should have been another red flag.....I had no idea what I was in for. I was in so much pain during and after the treatment they had to keep a strong fan running on my face for hours afterwards. I couldn't stop crying and couldn't drive because of the pain. After hours of having the fan on my face they gave me a Panamax, told me my reaction was not normal (as all beauticians and clinics do when you are not happy with a result) and told me to go buy some Cetaphil moisturiser. One of the employees behind the counter laughed when I was leaving about how "laser is not for me, LOL" which was completely inappropriate. I struggled to drive home and I had no idea how much pain I would be in. They just kept going during the treatment even though after the first pass on my forehead I said stop as I could barely stand it. I've now waited 3 months to see some magic, amazing results to make it all worth it but my skin is not any better than it was before the treatment. If anything it is worse as I'm more prone to pimples. I was under extreme stress after the treatment and so terrified that the laser burns would never heal that I couldn't sleep, eat or leave the house. What an absolute waste of money, time and pain all for nothing. Lasers like this should be banned. I can't imagine anyone having a good experience or considering the around $1,500.00 + to be worth it.... (Show more)
I visited Artisan in fortitude valley to have chin filler. The staff were all amazing and so friendly, they greeted me at the door and offered me tea or water straight away. The clinic was very clean and tidy and I loved the decor inside. My treating doctor was very professional and helpful, she answered all my questions and talked me through everything as I was a little nervous being my first time. She also checked in with me a few times after the treatment to make sure everything was okay and i was happy with the outcome. I would highly recommend this clinic to everyone.... (Show more)
Extremely disappointed fillers Lasted no more than 2 months went to see doctor Linda Williams and she did not want anything to do with my complaint . Charges nearly three times more than others, end result, hardly any change
WOW WOW WOW I went to see Julie-Anne for CoolSulpting and would highly recommend her. Her knowledge and understanding of the technology makes you feel educated and comfortable during the consultation and treatment process. I also had the opportunity to discuss other concerns I had with my skin with Julie-Anne and have booked in for Clear & Brilliant & Thermage. Looking forward to my treatment journey with her and the team and Fortitude Valley. I must add the staff at reception were extremely helpful when I made initial contact with the clinic.... I found Artisan after looking for a reputable clinic for Hydrafacials and I have not been disappointed. As soon as you walk into the Fortitude Valley space it absolutely oozes relaxation and an air of professional care. My therapist, Bianca, is absolutely amazing and so incredibly knowledgeable that every trip has been a learning experience. Talking product and procedures with her is incredibly eye opening and enjoyable and assures me that I am in safe and expert hands. I love the Hydrafacial and know that with Bianca's skill I am getting amazing results for my acne prone skin. I'm also incredibly excited to find my DMK therapist, Astrid, is here as well and could not be more convinced that Artisan is a hub of knowledge and professional service. A 12/10 experience from the moment you walk in. I had a Photogenic facial with the lovely Bianca today at the Fortitude Valley clinic, she was both professional & warm and my treatment was amazing. Can't recommend highly enough!
