A few weeks ago, I made an appointment at the clinic, encouraged by positive comments from patients. I am completely disappointed, the doctor is not nice, she doesn't listen to the patient at all, she knows her stuff and that's it. Treatment plan pulled from the ceiling, sky-high prices. I entered the office half an hour late and no one bothered to inform me about the delay, and most importantly, no one apologized to me! I do not recommend it and I do not recommend it!!!!... I came to the ARTDENT dental clinic because all procedures are performed using a microscope. So far, I have avoided hygienist visits because I was afraid that the person performing the procedure would damage my enamel or injure my gums, which are already very sensitive. I've been to hygienization several times in my life in different offices and honestly speaking has never been a good experience for me. I did not feel comfortable during the treatments and it seemed to me that the stone was not completely removed. I was very surprised by the difference I noticed after hygienization by Mrs. Joanna Ortmann, who has been working in a microscope for years. My teeth have never been cleaned so thoroughly to remove the tartar under the gums! The entire visit took place in a pleasant atmosphere. Mrs. Asia explained step by step what she was going to do, and she cleaned it using a microscope, which made me feel that she was doing it very thoroughly and that it would definitely not damage my enamel. I recommend the Artdent Beauty dental clinic in Sopot to everyone. I have been their patient for about 8 years. My oldest fillings are already 7 years old and nothing has happened to them yet. I had all my teeth treated at the clinic and now I only go once a year for check-ups and hygiene. Both dental treatment and hygiene are performed under a microscope, which ensures maximum treatment accuracy. The reception ladies call every time and remind us about the upcoming appointment.
