1987-Board of Secondary Education Guwahati Assam Higher . 1989-Secondary Education Council. 1991-Guwahati University. 1993-Guwahati University. 1994-Guwahati University. 2001-Guwahati University. He Completed the Post-Graduate M.S course in M.S, E.N.T, Guwahati Medical College with the qualification to practise as an ENT surgeon. Worked in downtown hospital as RMO, ENT from 18.11.02 to 15.06.2005. During this period, besides my clinical duties and other academic activities, I have also attained the following qualifications. He also head the Audiology clinic and Vertigo clinic in my institute and supervise audiological investigations including BERA and ENG. Trained in Hair transplantation in Ahmedabad and Delhi and Head of the Downtown Hair Transplant clinic since inception.
Dr Pritom Borthakur is one of the best doctors in Assam. Even all doctors are very professional at Arogyam. They always prescribe as per need of patients. I always recommend to my freinds and staff to Dr Pritom Borthakur.
The services that I receive from Arogyam Multi Speciality Health Clinic is excellent..... Dr. Pritom Borthakur is incredible. Not only has he taken great care of his patient's health, but also he is lovely to speak with at every appointment. We had a really good experience with both our primary and secondary doctors who have taken well care of my father. Very few hospitals in guwahati who take so well care of the patients. Doctors are very professional yet humble as well as they take care of patients just like family. Recommended for everyone.

I am from Hailakandi district. I visited Arogyam Clinic on many occasions since last six-seven years in view of my health check up. On each and every occasion of the visit I found the response of the staff to be excellent and mainly Dr. Pritam Barthakur, who is not only one of the leading practitioners of medicine in the entire state of Assam but also an exceptional human being who always received his patients with a humane approach, listen to their problems with utmost patience.Never ever I have seen him recommending unnecessary tests for his patients. I've been taking PRP treatments here for a year now. Very reasonable and the nurses are very friendly. You will see results in few months. Doctor P. Majumdar is also reachable anytime and very amicable. Highly recommend for all your hair related problems.
Third class services specially Dr.Pritam Borthakur… very arrogant and misleading… after waiting for two hours doctor refused to check the patient even after taking the fees. Very very bad experience……I suggest not to visit this place…
From the last 12 years or more, I have been visiting Dr. Borthakur and never in my life I have faced any kind of problem and the way he treats his patient is beyond comparison but recently I have seen the comments in the google review section and there people have mentioned about the behaviour of the employees of Aryogam. The hospitality which I have received from them was always warm. But some people have mentioned about the negative attitude of the employees and delay of reports. But this is not the case,ECG and echo reports are given within a day. They have also mentioned that they don't give response in the call but l have always got response from them wherever I called from 9am to 9pm. I feel bad when people post troll comment without thinking about these employees future for a small comment they can lose their jobs. So before posting on the internet please do thing about this.... Most unprofessional and unethical place. They treat patients as dollar signs and just concerned about inflating your bills. All tests and diagnostics costs double here compared to other places and the worst part is after paying so much you have to wait hours after the designated time of report collection. Staff are equally unprofessional and uncourteous. Please don't choose this place. Overall horrendous experience.
Reception is worst... They behave like a chief minister of assam... Don't how to behave with the customer....
Very unprofessional, visited first time and did ecg echo and blood test. Did not get the report for 3 days whereas in other places reports are given in the same day.
