The result of the treatment is perfect and satisfies me very much, I absolutely do not regret having come here. The staff are very welcoming and caring and it was a great pleasure to come during these two years! Everything was efficient and I highly recommend this clinic.
We went a long way with my daughter's teeth: crooked jaw, teeth that had no room to come out and a palate that was too narrow. 2 years later, thanks to Dr. Emile Dandane, my daughter has regained a sparkling smile, a straight jaw and superbly aligned teeth. I'm still waiting for my appointment after a week and still nothing thanks to the clinic
Very bad experience with Ardentis. The site states: “We offer you treatment prices in complete transparency.” It's a good joke. I was stunned by the handling of my case and disconcerted by the amount of the bill. The prices are very high and the justification for this amount after the appointment is absurd. If I had known this before, I would of course have canceled the treatment. Poor communication internally and with patients. Finally, it's anecdotal but I find myself with mistakes on the header of my invoice, this proves the seriousness of this office and the interest they have in patients/clients. My case was complex. It required bimaxillary surgery, the removal of three baby teeth and the placement of three implants. The treatment lasted well beyond the three years that had been announced to me. However, I always felt well supported and Doctor Émile Dandane showed great professionalism. For example, he gave up billing for part of his hours when he realized that the treatment would last longer than expected in the initial estimate.
