I have been a patient for several years at the Flon and Chauderon clinic, and I am still satisfied. Mainly thanks to Dr. Esteban. Thanks to him !
TO FLEE!!! First appointment with a dentist who found me around ten cavities, I found that strange so I went elsewhere for a second opinion and they found only one cavity (strange no). In addition, I had my descaling done at a butcher's shop. There was no sink to spit on, so I was able to swallow my blood throughout the treatment and I cried in pain. A horror film indeed. Not to mention that I felt enormously judged in relation to my dental hygiene as if it were deplorable, I think it was necessary to justify the "dozen of cavities found"... After telling this to a friend, she told me 2 infections that she got while going to have her wisdom teeth removed there. Not shocked if I see a report on them one day.... (Show more)
I highly recommend the Ardentis dental clinic and I particularly thank Dr. Mai who works with care and a lot of humanism. The staff is welcoming and I felt comfortable. My wisdom tooth extraction went very well. Thank you Dr Mai and the supervisory staff. Well done.

Very warm welcome, kindness and smile from Dr. Vögeli. Having the habit of going to the dentist reluctantly, I am happy and relieved that she is my new doctor.
During my last consultation, Doctor KARDOUS made a diagnosis even though several dentists had missed it. His explanations were very clear and the problem was solved without the slightest pain! The clinic is very pleasant and the staff are very welcoming. I recommend with your eyes closed.

The meetings with the coordinator all went extremely well. She is very gentle and attentive, the explanations rich and clear. Maybe my fear of the dentist will disappear thanks to this, thank you!
after years of using ardentis flon- I finally left to find an office with better customer service. apparently, i had over paid my bill TWO years ago and thankfully, though I wanted to try another dentist, I had made an appointment with Ardentis flon and they told me i had a surplus of a few hundred francs. If I hadn't made an appointment with them, I never would have known- they certainly never told me of this surplus and I would have lost that money. After going to my appointment and asking the very nice receptionist why and how this happened and if they could reimburse me, she told me they would get back to me to let me know how that could happen (very unprofessional and certainly not in good faith or trust) and then after calling a few days later- I still have no answer and no information and no reimbursement of my money. Personally, I find it hard to trust a dental office that works in this way. So I will not go back, hopefully I will get my money back- but I won't take the chance in using their services again. In addition, my son tried to make an appointment for months, and was told there were no appointments for him and to check back in three months. That also seems strange but I understand, after using them for quite a few years- that the lack of personal attention, customer service and courtesy for clients just doesn't work for us.... Be careful if you have a retention bar during a session with the hygienist. Because if they break it, they will charge you 500.- to repair it.
My treatments & experiences were ok here. Nothing unpleasant. Central location. Though I guess it’s on the more expensive side.

I am happy, Professional teams, Dr M El Hage my 7 teeth were extracted including 4 wisdom teeth without any pain, I followed ortho treatment with Dr Lorenzo perfect result and Dr Barbera Very satisfied, I recommend 100%
I removed all 4 wisdom teeth thanks to the good work of Dr Esteban Gonzalo. They were all really professional and the work of the Dr was perfect. My wisdom teeth were super hard to extract but for the kind of operation the recovery was fast and without complications. Recommended :)
