After injuring my hamstring at football i needed treatment on my injured hamstring, to which Catherine provided 1st class deep tissue massage and gave me professional advice for my rehab. I would definitely recommend Catherine to anybody who requires any sports injury help.

My feet and ankles were locked after a heavy 8-day hike. I was seeking any relief before my return flight to Aus the following evening. Catherine seemed to work a miraclr, releasing everything below my knee and giving me movement that i expected would take several sessions. I went back the next morning for similar release of my neck. The assessments were thorough, the service professional and the results beyond what I'd expect in single sessions. I don't want to overcommit Catherine to what is possible, but she had a range of techniques to deliver very good results for me. My elderly Mum recommended Catherine to me following her treatments for body aches.... (Show more)

Catherine is great, she has been able to help me keep training when I thought I would need to stop. I have recently had one of Cath's gait assessments, which was both informative and useful in practice, her knowledge and advice are second to none. The clinic is clean, warm and welcoming, she has all of the kit required to assess your needs, whether they are sport based, or not, from poor posture to help with post trauma rehab I couldn't recommend Cath highly enough.... Highly recommended. I have had several injuries which may have prevented me from taking part in various running events I had signed up for. Catherine is excellent as she was able to quickly assess the problem and treat this efficiently. Thanks to her I managed to complete all of my events. Would definitely recommend a visit.... I went to Apta Vita to sort out a shoulder injury I had gained from going to the gym, my usual strategy of rest hadn't worked. Catherine (from Apta Vita) was able to identify what the problem was very quickly which then led directly into the treatment during the same visit. The treatment was quick and very effective, allowing me to get back to my normal workouts in just over a week. Brilliant service.... (Show more)
