Bad treatment with your clients

Dental scam! Worst dentist clinic ever, please save your money and don’t go there as they rob your money over charge you and do bad cleaning and reparations…. They don’t garantie them work, treat you like garbage when them work fall. We did 2 cleaning, 2 was bad as then only brushed tooth not deep clean as normal dentist do. They did 5 tooth sealant, 3 fall out… one like 35 min after installing, 2nd not even 24h after and other one 1 week after, only two of them stay. They said sealing non toxic but they won’t give me name of brand for researching it…. They won’t let me take a picture even, but online I read after sealant are not résine non toxic but a soft plastic full of BPA who they make harden with a blue light…. So disappointed. I asked to refund on last tooth who sealant fall as I don’t want it back in anyway they don’t want to redo their bad job. When I asked to speak to manager they give me appointments 2 weeks later and when I went back they make me talk to the dentist helper no manager. They won’t give me the manager name or contact information to resolve problem… instead they called police to ask me to leave and never go back…. Don’t worry will never comeback there worst dentist I been in the world…. So pathetic If you decide to go back there knowing they corrupted, don’t do their work properly and over charge you, It’s your choice but you know what you will deal with… I wish I read reviews first as an other person here had a scam dental appointment who cost lot of money to learn not to do business with them.... If you are traveling to Juarez Mexico for dental work please consider another place. They talk about “ethical” work but try for the more expensive procedures and will reschedule your appointment (that was placed one month in advance) last minute. Also Apple Dental says they will work with your insurance but end up paying far more on your part because insurance isn’t going to pay for work not needed that they insist you need. If your planning on using dental insurance , on a tight schedule or want specific work done please reconsider elsewhere because THIS IS NOT THE PLACE for any of that... (Show more)
