Apex Physio Clinic Belfast

Currently have physio on my neck.

First time here. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Rosie the podiatrist was very kind and put my nervous child at ease.

Had the hot bamboo massage. Loved it. Nicole knows her stuff. Definitely will book again. Great service. Lovely room. 10/10

Met with Rose the chiropodist today. A beautiful young lady, great personality, took her time to deal with all my feet issues. Wasn’t rough, great attention to detail. Just had full sports massage as my back was all stiff & tight from lots weightlifting & running for Marathon 10/10 massive thanks to Nicole & all at Apex .

Had a fantastic experience of visiting Apex my physiotherapist called Simone immediately she made me feel at ease after one session i felt so much better. I have attended on a further three occasions . She is so so good at what she does .

I was a customer for many years. Apex was my go-to place for pain. The staff are delightful and very friendly/caring. Highly recommend getting one of their pillows- it eliminated a lot of my neck issues. I give them a 3 star rating purely because multiple practicioners have treated me for back issues without ever identifying the underlying cause of my pain. I spent hundreds going for weekly sessions with little to no improvement. It was never suggested that I seek advice from a doctor or a referral with the NHS. In the end, a friend suggsted I go to a local osteopath, who, during the first session, identified my medical issue (hypermobility) and provided a range of exercises which have essentially resolved a lot of my back pain issues.... I was referred to Apex after a back procedure to assist with pain management in January. I’ve suffered from back pain for the last 9 years, sometimes being incapacitated by it for months at a time. Since my first appointment with Simona, there has been a massive improvement in my pain levels, flexibility and I’m the closest I’ve been to being completely pain free. Once again 5 star service and care from Simona at Apex Clinic. I was suffering from pain in my knee, but it was actually deferred pain from my back. (It's amazing how the body works) After the correct and wonderful diagnosis and after a few treatments the pain is gone and I am able to get back to walking and gym etc. thank you Simona and Apex Clinic.... Just been to Apex clinic this morning, while visiting Belfast for the weekend. I had the best deep soft tissue massage that I've ever had, off there great massage therapist, Nicole. I'm currently at university, doing a masters and spending hrs hunched over a desk everyday. Nicole really found all my knots in my shoulders and back, and tense areas, and worked on them to provide great relief! I'll definitely be back again soon!... (Show more)

I was recommended Apex clinic after I experienced sudden onset of lower back pain. Since starting treatment with Simona I have seen a great improvement in my mobility and pain levels. Simona always listens closely to any symptoms I am experiencing and has a gentle and reassuring approach.

Just out of a treatment for deep tissue massage indian head massage with Nicole, left feeling like a new person. Nicole is just amazing very professional and knows exactly what she is doing. Just had a massage with Nicole Mez today. Could not recommend anyone more, such friendly service. Was able to loosen my tight shoulders but also locate areas I had not even realised were tight! Feel amazing after it. I’ve also had lots of amazing treatment from Rhea and Becki for nerve pain in my calf which completely solved the problem. A brilliant physio clinic!!... (Show more)
