About Aoife Moran Life is often difficult & sometimes overwhelming. Deciding if counselling or psychotherapy is an option for you or your child is often a daunting task, it can be a very anxious time. I offer a confidential, non judgmental & safe space which allows you to explore your internal struggles and real life situations. The therapeutic process aims to facilitate you to discover inner resources & make changes that will be meaningful & beneficial in your life. I am a fully accredited (IACP), integrative psychotherapist with an additional qualification in suicide studies. I also have a background in psychology. I have been working in private practice since 2008 & am currently based in Baggot Street and Leixlip. I have experience in a range of different areas including depression, anxiety, loss, stress, relationship issues, bereavement, self esteem, OCD, eating disorders & addiction. Therapeutic style is tailored to the individual needs of each client. I work on an individual basis with adults, adolescents & children. Sessions are 50 minutes in duration.
