Extremely unprofessional attitude. They cancel classes minutes before the reserved time. In other cases, a wait is regularly required, despite the reserved time. Don't waste your time at this salon.

On September 1, 2023, I had an acrylic manicure, I had an appointment for 5:00 p.m. I left at 11:00 p.m. In the screenshot you can see that I was still there at 8:30 and was being treated by 3 different women. They asked me if I had a problem if I waited a little bit because there was a woman who had business with her father and was about to come back, I had no problem waiting a little bit , however, by "a little" is understood 30 min max 40 and the woman where she started making me appeared at 19:00. The first nail that I broke was on September 2nd, I called them immediately and started arguing about how I paid 100 BGN, I sat for 7 hours in the salon, they gave me cruel wounds and they don't want to return my money or fix my nails, which are nuts. My nails were for the new school I was entering and they ruined my nails. Thank God she is my manicurist who charges me 60 BGN for acrylic, she fixed my nails. Unprofessional attitude towards customers, incompetent staff, terrible quality of cosmetic services. After waxing, my daughter has ruined skin on her arm, like after a burn. When I called the manager of the salon to complain, she said - "Just apply panthenol." I wish I could give negative stars! My nails have lumps and bumps and the very thick acrylic nail has lifted and broken my own nail. I went for infills and will now need to pay double again to have this mess removed. If only I could post the pictures. Do not go there.!!!They definitely cannot do nails!!! On May 5, 2023, I did the Thermage procedure on my face in the Angel Face salon in Sofia / Lozenets quarter. The price of the procedure was BGN 1,000. My disappointment is huge, as no visible effect is noticed already 4 days after the procedure. Thermage is the most powerful non-invasive procedure and should have an immediate and visible effect immediately after the procedure, and in the next 3 months the maximum effect is gradually achieved, which is then preserved for a year. Horror! I went 2-3 years ago and I liked the then manicurist. The current manicurist is new and although she tries hard and is nice, it just doesn't work out for her. There are a total of 10 colors of nail polish - from the worst brands and my gel polish peeled off on the 3rd day. The manicure costs BGN 40 and is not worth a gram. Not to mention the interior of the studio, which is like a 1990s hovel. Everything is dirty, worn. Extremely unprofessional service. They lied to me on the phone and it turned out that an intern was doing my nails-it took over 2 hours, painful and bad as result. Very pleasant atmosphere and polite, professional service.

Last year they changed the manicurist and the next one ruined my nails…. Only now, after a year, they have recovered! She wanted BGN 7 per nail for a strengthening base, which is currently being put on at another salon for BGN 7. On top of my nails (I won't mention the name of the salon, but it's higher class than this one) The owner is terribly impudent and impudent , they make terrible dramas in front of the customers… screams and shouts… I will never step foot there again…....
