I had an ALTY medical checkup and a colon camera. As a Japanese person, it is easy to use as there is a Japanese language support desk and doctors' explanations are also translated. The health checkup results were explained in detail (in English), and I was able to clearly see what was wrong.

I took a PCR test before returning to Japan. I took the test early in the morning and found out the results the same day. The staff are used to dealing with Japanese people. Truly impressed with the service from one of the nurses and my doctor at HSC. I would like to thank them for making my visit as comfortable as she possibly could. They were not only polite and professional but also very friendly to me and my entire family.

Excellent experience today, everyone was welcoming, friendly and most of all informative. I was feeling very nervous about my complicated procedure. However, my doctor was really understanding. He talked me through the procedure which calmed and comforted me. Thanks doc!

Waste of time and money! Visit the center today, it is just a small fraction of business tower. No specialist doctors! I've paid MYR126 just to see a "doctor", who explain that prices on web site are not what they actually charge(about twice as much) AND I would have to go ANOTHER hospital for anything after screening, as they don't provide consultation! At the end, I needed a medication for known issue and doctor start to bargain on how much I'm ready to pay! Finally agreed on item, I've paid - and receive different, almost expired medication... My husband and I came here for our annual health screening after being recommended by our friend. I must say, they have one of the best comprehensive health screening packages that are customizable. I went for an additional digestive screening and my husband had his heart check-up done. We got the reports on the same day and are really satisfied with the check-up. DO NOT COME HERE! I came here due to concerns for my health and the doctor was condescending, rude and belittled me. Do NOT call me a teenager and make me feel less than you just because I am concerned about my health. I am 24 and I'm working! Do not pass your judgments on me. As a doctor if you do not have the patience(no pun intended) to answer your patients concerns, then don't be a doctor in the first place! and for the record, I wasn't being rude or disrespectful. Understandably I was a bit repetitive because this is my health we're talking about of course I want to double, even triple check. So again, I highly suggest you not come here unless you want to pay to get ridiculed and belittled by the doctors. Doctor Alvin specifically. Very bad look on you! I had a terrible experience.... Good hospital for heart, stain. For medical checkup is very good with new update medical machine. But very expensive for money.
