I don't know how this clinic can have an orthopedic clinic if they don't even have a working X-ray.
The call was made exactly at 8:00 a.m., after 17 minutes of waiting, someone answered and hung up the phone. Another call made immediately, another 15 minutes of waiting and the information that "there are no more places, next time please call at 8"... well... I called. After being informed about the partner's fever and choking cough that had been persisting for a week despite treatment, the visit was still refused.... (Show more)
If I could, I wouldn't give even one star. I registered in September 2023 for a NFZ visit to an orthopedist on January 22, 2024. When I came for the appointment, it turned out that the orthopedist was not available that day. The lady at the registration desk asked for a phone number and said we had to wait. The same day she called and said that I had provided the wrong number when registering in September and it was impossible to reach her. Total nonsense. I do not recommend this clinic to anyone.... One star less, too long waiting time to answer the phone at registration
A professional visit in every detail! The optometrist was nice and competent, she performed a very thorough eye examination and at the same time refuted several theories that I had heard before from other ophthalmologists. Moreover, I have never had tests using such modern equipment! Well, it doesn't get any better! Thank you! And most importantly - I finally have perfectly fitting glasses!... (Show more)
The visit is PLN 200 and they ask me to pay PLN 1 for a mask, but no doctor or employee wears a mask. The lady at the reception said it was behind the glass... I was standing behind the same glass 🤣🤣🤣🤦🏼♂️ The mask business continues... …
It is impossible to make an appointment for your child to be vaccinated. I made several calls to the reception, each time receiving an answer that they did not have the nurse's schedule yet or that there were no more places available. I will add that I called on the days and hours indicated by the receptionist, who claimed that the schedule would be known then - but there was NEVER a schedule when I called. My husband went to pick up the vaccination documentation, went directly to the vaccination nurse - there were no patients in the room (the nurse is so busy), and the doctor next door also had no patients - the doctor left the office, firmly refusing to issue the card, because the procedures are different etc. (and where is the good of the patient, I ask?) If you don't want to vaccinate, you make it difficult to transfer the child to another clinic. I am very disappointed because I had such good experiences with your clinic until you hired a new vaccination nurse - then the whole system fell apart. I think it is worth reviewing the operation of the current system, because it is not patient-friendly.... (Show more)
The worst clinic in Wrocław! If they need someone to register, I will be happy to help them!!!! People, how long can you wait for someone to answer the phone? Is it so hard? My call was first in the queue and no one answered for 40 minutes. Why do such places still exist? Doctors, change your workplace, you can't live like this! I wholeheartedly do not recommend!!! I strongly advise against visiting Mrs. Ferdynus. When I visited this lady with severe symptoms of cough, the doctor said that she couldn't hear anything in her lungs and didn't intend to investigate further. I went to another doctor in this facility who immediately recommended blood tests and a chest X-ray. In the end, it turned out that I had severe bronchitis. What's more, my friend received a prescription for injections from a neurologist. She went to Mrs. Ferdynus to ask her to issue a referral for a nurse to perform injections. Mrs. Ferdynus began to question the neurologist's diagnosis and did not want to make a referral. The family doctor questions the neurological diagnosis, it's pure joke. However, with a clear conscience I can recommend Dr. Monika Augustyn. A good, informative, cultured and conscientious doctor.... (Show more)
And I'm not complaining. Whenever I register with a gastroenterologist, I don't have to wait long. Now I waited maybe 5 minutes and registered without any problems. Deadline - less than a month. Dr. Bazan is a wonderful man and doctor.
I haven't been able to call the reception for 3 days!!! Does anyone even work there????
I highly recommend family doctors from this clinic, I can always register my mother with a doctor without any problems. The nurses are also wonderful, especially Mrs. Małgosia from the treatment room, who also visits Mom at home and always advises and helps.
I highly recommend. Nice and professional service and exceptional ophthalmologists. They explained my problem to me in a factual manner and calmed my fears, for which I am extremely grateful.
Terrible, rude, unfriendly staff. The lady checking the blood pressure shouted at the patients so much that it was impossible to stand in the corridor. We were admitted with a huge delay, without explanations or warnings that we would have to wait over an hour. Terrible place, I highly recommend it.
Dr. Pacholski on TELECONSULTATION (at the reception there is information about the visit to the office), rude, commenting on my questions: "So?, So what?". The appointment was scheduled for 2:15 p.m., the phone call at 1:30 p.m. was still so loud that you could barely hear what he was saying.
A total parody of a patient... Only Ukrainians... have priority. Pity
I agree with every bad opinion about this place, especially about the ladies at the registration desk and their NOT answering the phone. Additionally, Dr. Mariusz K does not make a very good impression. My husband had a sore throat and he said that if he was able to come to him, he would be able to go to work. My husband suffered for several days with fever and sore throat. 4 stars only for the wonderful pediatrician, Dr. Kusmierek and Dr. Stricker.... (Show more)
Getting through to the registration desk is a disaster, you can call and call and no one will answer and it happens every time you try to call.
I am very pleasantly and positively surprised, the commercial visit and the National Health Fund were at a high level, very nice, competent doctors, everything down to the minute, and the registrars were great. Regards
I have been here for 10 years and I recommend this place with all my heart. First class doctors. Midwives gold. My favorite clinic ❤
