Well, that was efficient, both in terms of time and of money. I came here on very short notice because of a suspected severe case of man flu. Turned out, it was an actual influenza. The doctor, who was fluent in English, asked all the right questions, took her time, and prescribed sensible medication. I have read several bad reviews here complaining about inadequate prices. I had to do a PCR test on a national holiday to travel out of Ukraine. It was very easy to take an appointment. The test was very quick and it didn't hurt.The center's staff was very accommodating, they sent the result very quickly by email and I could also go there to pick the original copy. SCAM SCAM SCAM! They tried to charge me $190 USD (5090UAH) just to talk with the doctor. I explained that I don’t even pay that much in the US, but they would not budge on the cost. I went to Medicover instead and paid $19USD (520UAH).

The child was given blood for analysis. The reception was very unprofessional. The sampling process itself is very strange, considering that blood is taken from the little finger of a child (3 years old). First a puncture, then a finger is pressed and the blood should drip into a tiny test tube. The child's hand is covered in blood, the brother's honey gloves are covered in blood, but nothing got into the test tube. In this way, another finger had to be pricked again. This despite the fact that my little one did not cry and did not lose his temper and sat very calmly. Children's blood must be taken with a pipette and quickly, definitely not like it was with us. And after all that, they called us and said that the blood had clotted and we had to come and give it again.... (Show more)

A little expensive compared to Ukrainian prices but still dirt cheap compared to US prices in my personal experience. Had an emergency on a Sunday and after walking around to different Ukrainian clinics and hospitals and not finding what I needed I ended up here. We wanted to sign up for a Covid test and were glad that the results were sent by email within 12 hours, but... the price of 125 dollars = 3500 UAH (3500 UAH Karl!!!!), forced us to cancel the appointment and find another establishment, where tests are done for 1100 UAH. The prices are not only inflated, they are just space, people need to come down to earth and remember that many earn 8,000-10,000 UAH. per month.... (Show more)

Pleasant place, nice people working there but the prices were always so much higher than any other place and the level of medical advice or English was not even that good.
