I visited here in august 2023 for a rhinoplasty on recommendation of my friend who had recently had surgery with Ames. My patient coordinator was Ozlem and she is a real life angel! There were a few issues around accommodation but Ozlem and her colleague Ferhat made sure that everything was sorted and was happy and comfortable. My DR was A.kerim Yapcii , although he could not speak much English, Ozlem translated to him what I wanted to achieve with my results and he gave me just that! I wanted my nose to just feel like my nose but better shaped and able to breathe easier. The care of the hospital staff is like no other! The nurses, the anaesthesiologist, the carers could not do enough for you! I felt like a princess with how I was treated and cared for. Always made me laugh and made sure my boyfriend was happy too by bringing him food and coffees. Always had someone to come check on me regularly. I had heard how painful having the nasal tampons out was but Dr Yapicii was very gentle and I had no pain whatsoever. I was so happy with my result once my cast was removed! Still got some time before the final result, and having a nose job is a journey as it changes a lot but I am so happy with my results and the care from all the team! So much so I’m returning in March 😊. Ozlem again has organised our trip for the next time around. That woman can’t do enough and is so kind and caring and even when I drive her wild with messages at all times! The hospital is so clean and so well decorated! The rooms when you’re staying in the hospital are so big and spacious/private with their own on suites. I’ll be honest I loved the hospital much more than staying in a hotel, i felt so pampered to. The area is nice also as around the hospital there are loads of shops and food places too, so if you bring a guest with you they can keep busy whilst you’re in surgery. The entire team make you feel like family and really show genuine care and compassion to their patients. I would recommend them to everyone for surgery. Can’t wait to come back!... (Show more)
I am extremely satisfied with the whole team at american aesthetic. I made the right decision. Next time I will choose american aesthetic again. My consultant Bahtiyar did everything perfectly, he was always available and took care of all my concerns. My surgeon Abdül Kerim YAPICI did a perfect job. I am overjoyed with the result. The nurses have my full respect, I haven't met such great nurses for a long time. The chauffeurs were also all so helpful, drove carefully and were always on time. I had a hair transplant on 23.07.2020. After 11 months, there was a gland-like swelling in the area where the hair was transplanted and I went back and they removed it. My head was flat before the transplant. It's like a minefield right now, one place is swollen and the other part is collapsed. I would definitely not recommend getting service from this institution.
