I recommend the facility and the doctors. Dr. Słotwińska - daughters (despite their fear of the dentist) go and get treatment ;), nice approach, calm and professionalism. Dr. Aleksiński - a fantastic doctor in terms of skills and approach to the patient!
The attention of dr. It was fine, however I felt cheated when the secretary charged me 100zl when I paid. more, than agreed. I asked her why, and I simply confirmed that that was the amount to pay, perhaps there was a confusion due to the language barrier, and she did not explain well or I did not understand correctly, anyway, in that secretary position there should be a competent person and have fluent English.... Very high level of treatment, specialist help and a great atmosphere in the office! Doctor Edyta Słotwińska is an Angel in human skin :) I highly recommend it!
A frivolous approach to the customer, taking into account, among other things, the attitude of the owner (arrogant and even impervious), A dismissive attitude. I do not recommend !!
I have been using the services of the Amerdental clinic for almost 11 years (restorative dentistry, surgical care, orthodontics). I am very impressed by the professionalism of the doctors, the level of services provided there, empathy and cordial approach to the patient. Thanks to Dr. Słotwińska, my son goes to the dentist stress-free. It was the doctor who saved the child's teeth after a serious accident. Today, Dr. Słotwińska gave me another reason to express my appreciation, because she did not refuse to help me in an emergency situation, despite the lack of space in her schedule. I would like to thank the entire office staff for the care they have provided so far and I have been recommending it to all my friends for a long time.... (Show more)
Professional service. Truly nice people whose personal culture comes from the heart, not from learning or calculation. In addition, a natural, human and warm smile seals it best. Not to be missed are the outrageous prices, which are not intended to make a difference in the pockets of those who sometimes find it painful to visit a large, backwards-tilted armchair. The place is friendly and they care a lot on the quality of service. My dentist even speaks English and Spanish besides the local Polish. If you are looking for nice service in a not corporate environment, this place is for you.
