Radiology is a disaster. Nobody answers the phone. The findings are not written properly. So I'm disappointed
I've already had a few examinations in the Döbling outpatient clinic, scintigraphy, colonoscopy, MRI... no matter which department, everyone is super friendly, helpful and absolutely competent. I can only recommend it.
Was here for the second time on March 1st, 2023 for a gastroscopy and colonoscopy. I was able to log in without any problems. The team around Ms. Prim. Dr. Susanne Bach was very nice and competent, before, during and after the examination (which I slept through). Zero problems, like I'd just been out for a coffee. I am completely satisfied and can only recommend the endoscopy.... (Show more)
Due to a scheduling conflict, I tel. tries to reach the outpatient clinic. !5 minutes on hold, then I was reconnected. My request to transfer my morning appointment to another patient and give me the afternoon appointment instead was completely rudely rejected. "No, that's not possible, then we'll give you a new date for March (!). We're completely booked out." When I made the appointment 2 months ago, I was told that I could call and ask if someone was out so I could be examined more quickly. Conclusion: Absolutely no recommendation.... (Show more)
I had an appointment at 10:30 for an MRI, was in a long line at the counter at 10:15, after which I was told I was late and they simply didn't do the scan I've been waiting for for months. Another person was preferred and now there was no time left to carry out my examination. Despite discussions, there was no option. The staff was also extremely cheeky, only the two ladies at the reception of the private clinic were really nice and helpful. Actually you shouldn't give a single star here...... (Show more)

I had my annual MRI today and felt very well looked after. Because of my severe claustrophobia, I am always given sedation. Everyone listened to my wishes and was empathetic. I can only thank you again!
As a statutory health insurance patient, I can only praise the radiological outpatient clinic. All the staff were very nice and I had my two examinations within a short time.
I was in the acute outpatient clinic yesterday - I was told that I should have a sonography of the abdomen today + take a blood sample (everything happens very quickly) because I suspected appendicitis. I called the radiology department and explained everything in detail - and of course I was offered an appointment for February 28th, despite repeated explanations. Disaster and totally inhumane!!!!... (Show more)
Addendum: I was called and the lady was really very friendly and explained the situation to me. She accepted my criticism, and since in my opinion it was an understandable reason for the “problems” during my visit, I would like to change my review here. Oh well. The examination itself went quickly. Registration or collection terrible. Understaffed and those who work at such a slow pace... if it takes 15 minutes per patient to register, that's very, very intense - I stood in the queue for 45 minutes so that I could pick up the CDROM...... Lecturer Dr. Wick. A really great radiologist met me on September 16, 2023 Infiltrated into the lumbar spine, according to Very severe pain, explained every step, no one has told me that before. Had an MRT and would like to thank you very much, was well looked after from the registration to the examination, and the results arrived by post on the third day, it couldn't be better!!! LG Dole scarf
Once we made an appointment, everything took place quickly and easily. Staff very nice, especially the lady in radiology. Highly Recommended.
Horrible communication between assistants and doctors/nurses that leads to unnecessary waiting times for patients and missed information. The whole building is a dump and in serious need of renovation, especially the ventilation system that makes many of the rooms a thousand degrees with no fresh air circulation.... (Show more)
Very satisfied. Friendly staff, quick appointments (for X-rays, CT or MRI). Settlement with the health insurance company if the examination was approved or ordered. Top!
